Parking was great !

The entire property was dingy, dark and dirty. The parking lot and entry had trash along the way!

Nice size room beds were awful just a little old and wish curtains could black out the room love yhe sun but not waking up to it lol

I had a poor check-in experience. I paid in advance for a specific room that was non-refundable, but when I arrived, I didn’t get the room I chose. It felt like it was first come first served type of situation. which was frustrating since I had already paid for that room. I should have received what I booked. Overall, very disappointing.

Room was in terrible condition. Staff was not very helpful and listing on web site was not accurate

This hotel is outdated, dirty and poorly kept. The front desk is not open at all times. The carpets are ripper amd the decor is full of dust. The bathroom and linens seemed clean. We paid for 3 nights and left after 2. Unless you are stranded or short for cash I would not recommend.

Would never stay again carpets are ripped on stairwell wanted to return my key at 10 am to check out and deal with deposit. Office was closed and worker told me the person working in office needed to have bath first 😳

It's dirty and most of the stuffs are way too old. Too noisy as well.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. There is plenty of parking. The rooms are quite large and have coffee.

A little dated but a great stay overall

The family running the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room, including the bathroom, was clean; and the beds were comfortable (firm mattress which is what we like). Yes; it’s an older building and not fancy; but it is conveniently located near the waterfront and restaurants (like Pescatores where you can have a delicious breakfast). There is also a pub (great ambiance and atmosphere) attached to the hotel; plus a liquor store should you wish to enjoy a glass of wine in your room. We were just there for one night (for a 10K road race our son was running); and the hotel offered us a perfect low-cost accommodation option. Not fancy, but run by good, hardworking people with strong entrepreneurial spirit!

Good environment

Judging by some of the reviews I fully expected this place to be terrible but found it was satisfactory. The room was just what I needed it to be. A place to sleep at a reasonable cost. The carpet in the common areas could use a refresh but the room was clean. I would ask ahead of time for them to skip the air freshener as it was intoxicating on the first night, and the windows do not open. Possibly to cover up the smell as others had mentioned, although this wasn’t as bad as it’s made out to be either. To me it just smells like an old apartment building. The tv was new, the shower was hot, and it’s one of the only hotels accepting pets. Would stay again if I needed to.

Nice , quiet area, ample parking. Love the staff. Very nice, friendly people. Night time was quiet in the hotel. No loud guests. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pub/restaurant on site. On a working trip, so got this hotel. Already booked again for next week.
