The room was clean and inviting. Anytime we needed anything Saul and Elizabeth were quick to help/answer. The location felt very safe to stay at. We hope to be back again!

We stayed here for one week. It is a wonderful small hotel with a heated swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here is truly exceptional and that is what makes this place so special. Saul, the manager, was always friendly and helpful. He helped to arrange our fishing trip and we had many great conversation with him. We highly recommend this hotel to our fellow travelers and hope to return to Loreto and another stay at the Loreto Playa Boutique Hotel.

Excellent place to stay 5 min walk to center of town Malecon Beach view . Hotel has bikes for guest to use no extra cost amazing for use and safe rooms very clean and property well maintained pool clean ready for use everyday. Saul person incharge was Excellent host very attentive to our needs recommend ro stay at playa boutique

Actually had interactions with property owner and his management staff. Great to chat with people that are accommodating and accountable. Had an overbooking issue and owner Jeff made arrangements for us to relocate to another property for the last two days of our fishing trip at no additional cost! Place was clean and well cared for. Managed well. Responded to every request or question quickly. Will definitely be back

What a great little place to stay. The hotel manager and co manager were both so kind. They went up and above customer service. I'll definitely be back. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. 4 minutes to the store. A little of the tourist area which was great.

Amazing, management was excellent

I loved having access to bikes and the pool was warm and sparkling and the property manager was always available. Also came with unlimited drinking water. Full kitchen the suite was very roomy and great views.

We had a very pleasant time here. Raul was very helpful and it was great to have the bikes to ride.

The staff was very friendly and completely helpful. I enjoyed the fact that we had access to bicycles and could use them at any time also the pool and poolside were great. I will stay there again definitely

We enjoyed our stay at the Loreto Boutique Hotel. We especially loved the bike access and rode them often into town which was only minutes away. Jeff was very accommodating and set up up with a great tour with Lalo to Coronado Island.

Propiedad sobrevalorada. A las instalaciones les faltan muchos detalles. Hay cosas que se perciben improvisadas. La habitación la anuncian y la venden como una suite, y solo por la extensión de 55 metros cuadrados no se le puede nombrar suite. En el interior de la habitación solo hay un espejo dentro del baño (de 40 x 60 cm). Por cierto el baño pequeño y no muy funcional. La parte de la alcoba un tanto cuanto angustiada en tamaño, espacio apenas suficiente para una cama king size. El resto de la habitación con áreas desperdiciadas. Tiene dos sillones con una pequeña mesa. Una mesa con dos equipales. La cocineta con lo más indispensable y tiene un refrigerador. Las áreas comunes están descuidadas. No regresaríamos.

Wow, what a great place to stay! We had a bedroom with two king beds, a larger kitchen than we have at home, and plent of room to boot. There is also a heated pool. Parking is off the street and secure. The location is pretty close to the malecon and a reasonable walk to the town square. The owners are super nice, from Alaska. The photo is of a sunrise from our balcony. We will be back!!

Came for 5 nights and had a great time. Place is super cute and clean. We stayed in the Pelican room, which had a nice view! Beds were comfortable. Short walk to the marina and to the center of town. Easy access to everything. The hotel has bikes that you can take out and enjoy the town on and the hotel owners were super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

El lugar es bonito y seguro, la habitación que nos tocó es amplia, la ropa de cama es cómoda, las toallas excelentes, sin embargo no hay servicio de limpieza regular, de 1 semana que estuvimos solo 3 veces fueron a limpiar la habitación. Los artículos de higiene personal como jabon de baño y shampoo son de muy mala calidad. Hay mucho ruido en la noche se prende como un motor de una bomba y es muy incómodo dormir con ese ruido. La habitación cuenta con una terraza pero igual no es un espacio limpio. La alberca no está climatizada el agua esta siempre muy fria. El lugar no esta habilitado para personas con discapacidad. No tiene restaurant ni opciones de comida. Esta bien ubicado, cerca el malecón y de lugares para comer. Pero el problema es la limpieza y el ruido por la noche.

We had a safe and pleasant stay. Cindy made us feel welcome and helped us out a lot. The grounds including parking were very tidy. Just a short walk to the beach and town.

Wonderful accommodations, secure & friendly. Bikes available for use which is handy as it is a bit of a walk to the Malecon.

We had a wonderful short getaway. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was perfect. Cindy was a great host and met all our needs upon arrival through departure. We loved riding the bikes along the malecon and borrowing the beach gear for a beach day. Our stay in Loreto was perfect!

This was one of the best stays we've had in our travels. The hotel is indeed 'boutique' but this contributes to the charm. The rooms are nicely decorated, the hosts (Jeff and Linda) were incredibly nice and helpful. Easy walk to the main plaza and malecon of Loreto and they helped us arrange tours and recommended restaurants. Loreto is a wonderful destination and we will be back!
