We got there around 6pm ( check in is at 4pm ) but we still had to wait for the room due to "having a big party" checking out. The front desk person had an attitude during the entire check in process. We got the room at the highest floor.... great. Few huge luggage bags etc and the elevator is out of order... of course the front desk didn’t really care about the issue. The beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast next day was ok but the overall stay at this hotel definitely not good overall. We travel quite a bit and this place has a lot to learn. Wouldn't stay again if it was free.

Overall good hotel, great designs and decor. Friendly staff and clen rooms. There was some construction going on and it was bit noisy, but not a deal braker since they improving area around the hotel. Entire stay an elevator was out of service and no updates on when it will be back in operations. (thinks happens) Id stay again if I have to and hopefully they will be done with all the work thatbthis facility needed.

Convenient location and nice clean property. Staying here second time.

The first room I got was next to the open space over the reception area - it was like living in the lobby. The second room seemed quieter but at 7:30 in the morning it turned out it was right next to the technical room with what sounded like industrial size washing machines. They were turned off after I asked but the sleep was ruined… Otherwise the room / hotel was adequate, notwithstanding an extra thin douvet.

Ich denke hier sollten die Gäste gleich gewarnt werden , wir hätten uns was anderes gesucht Modernes Hotel Schöne grosse Zimmer Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel

Licht im Bad funktioniert nicht. Man wollte mir eine Lampe bringen, was nicht erfolgte. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Aussage, dass sie keine Stehlampe finden konnte. Am nächsten Tag kein Zimmerservice, keine neuen Handtücher! Licht im Bad war auch nicht repariert. Mir wurde ein neues Zimmer gegeben und als „Kompensation“ bekam ich eine Flasche Wein. Sauberkeit der beiden Zimmer stark verbesserter.

The food was amazing and the staff were more than accommodating

Our check in was over an hour late as the rooms were not ready. There was a baby cot missing even though we reminded the staff to get us one as we waited for the room. They join 2 single beds together instead of using a double bed, which made my sleep very uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. My baby ended up falling between the beds while I fed him as the moved apart. The music in the corridor was really unnecessary and very annoying. Walls are so thin that I heard the entire conversation of the couple next door, who kept me awake until 3:30am. There was no power in my sockets, so couldn't even charge my phones. When I rang up the desk, they said they never heard of it before and I didn't even receive any apology. On the contrary, the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was really nice with a choice of both hot and cold food. Nice Park at the back of the hotel. I would not stay at that hotel again though.

We enjoyed a nice stay here. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice dinner and a great breakfast. Took a nice walk through the woods into town. Overall a great stay. Wished they had their massage staff there but only in the winter they said

Bisognerebbe che l’holiday inn si promuovesse come hotel di mezza stagione , infatti qui la tecnologia tedesca della climatizzazione non è arrivata ! Un disastro totale,la prima volta stanza cambiata con scarso risultato (c’era freddo uguale), questa volta, climatizzatore rumoroso come un trattore, e 30’C in camera !! ... orribile!

Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Vom Check in bis Check out alles super. Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen im Restaurant.
