Perfect ontbijt … vriendelijk medewerkers

While the room was small it was workable. And the cleanliness and location more than made up for it. The staff was wonderful! It can be a little noisy because you’re right on the main square so you may need earplugs.

Hallo team Amadeaus hotel Haarlem Vwb slapen was het prima. Alleen het ontbijt was niet geregeld. Ik heb een half uur gewacht van 8:02 tot 08:29 uur maar er was niemand aanwezig om het ontbijt te verzorgen. Ondertussen zijn er 2 andere gasten ook vertrokken zonder ontbijt! Pas op het allerlaatste moment arriveerde er een medewerker die me op het laatste moment koffie heeft aangeboden, maar toen moest ik weg ivm mijn afspraak. Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Vriendelijk ontvangst in bijbehorende restaurant, ruime kamer, ligging ideaal voor citytrip.

Great staff. Efficient check in and check out. Room was fine but very basic with an old noisy fan. Overall a very nice place to stay in Haarlem.

Fantastic staff; let us check in early and helped with navigating parking and getting through the streets. Incredibly cute hotel nestled in the city center. Great restaurants nearby. Beautiful cathedral giving all glory to God. Lovely bells play throughout the day.

Voor een hotel midden in het centrum , in een oud gebouw was het voor 1 nacht prima te doen. Douche gedeelte afgescheiden door douche gordijn van de wc. Wastafel in de kamer.

Very small room, bathroom in a wardrobe! Entrance via restaurant where the elevator is. Limited outlets in room. Location of hotel in the middle of town directly on the main square, however a noisy tivoli distroyed the grand ess ot the square.

The hotel is old, and the bathroom is really outdated; when taking a shower, water leaks out. Besides that, it's quite comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was very good.

Basic hotel: clean room, good beds but simple bathroom. Thin walls, so a bit noisy. Breakfast is top!

Kamer was klein, bedden waren goed. Beetje kaal, niets aan de muur, stond wel op foto, toen ik boekte. Douche was in een soort van kast, erg klein en benauwd.Maar voor één nachtje was het óke. Ontbijt was óke, helaas géén gekookt eitje.

Hotelkamer is klein en oud, maar wel schoon. Ligging van het hotel is prima. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Restaurant is goed.

The only issue was the noise of the daily set up of the umbrella stands and the Saturday farmers market (at 4:30 - 6:30 AM!!!!!) after the noise from bars until 2:30 am. Otherwise it was a great stay and the views from the windows of our room facing the plaza spectacular!

Het was een prima kamer, alleen heel warm. Een airco zou niet mis staan.

Deze prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Schoon, netjes, alles wel wat oud maar prima voor die prijs. Goede bedden!

Gezellig direkt op de grote markt. Onduidelijk qua inchecken, dat moet bij het aangrenzende buurcafe op nr. 8. de kamers zijn al 30 jaar niet gerenoveerd. Zeer kleine oude badkamer( nog met vlakspoeltoilet en vinylwanden om een douchebak) slecht regelbare douche ( losse kranen en de temperatuur wisselt) Zeer onhygiënisch tapijt op de vloer.
