Everyone working was so nice and helpful. I stayed in a room with 3 sets of bunk beds and it was clean (other than the 5 people already there) and the bed was comfy. I slept great! Loved the vibe of the place and the people staying there. Would stay again!

Wonderful property, lovely staff, and great location.

This is a hostel more than a hotel. No room service or even basics in the room like a hot water kettle. No daily housekeeping. Very small room, no closet. Probably good for young travellers but not recommended for older people or families. Great location though.

Excellent hostel, really central. Staff were really friendly. 4 bed dorm was comfortable and quiet. No real issues except the wall beside my bunk was dirty. Overall great value, great stay

Amazing stay, wasn’t expecting the level of cleanliness, customer service and facilities that we received. The team are fantastic.

Travelled as a solo female and just stayed for one night in a female-only 6 person shared dorm - you have to make your own bed on arrival which was a little tricky on the top bunk but manageable. Each bunk had a curtain for privacy, a personal light and plug socket and there was a large locker for each person in the dorm (bring your own padlock). Check-in was easy, use the touch screen computer in the lobby, check-out was even easier as you just leave your keycard in a box on reception. Had to queue a bit for the lift at busier times but not a big deal. Absolutely ideal location, really central but juuuust set back enough to not have loads of noise at night - will definitely stay here again!

This place was great, especially for the young adult traveler.

Keep in mind, it’s not a hotel. They won’t store your luggage for you. You pay 5 euros for a locker for four hours. We needed two. The private room has no chairs or tables. The sheet on one of the bunk beds was dirty. It was a bit industrial/military looking. Regarding “staff,” you check yourself in on a kiosk. You create your own keys. The elevators are a bit of an issue because there is only two and at checkout, they’re so busy that you have to wait for a long time to fit your bags in. I’m not sure how it got such an Expedia rating. We’ll see if they accept this review.

Alles im Hinblick zur Unterkunft selbst hat gestimmt und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider war der Geruch von draußen (Restaurant nebenan) sehr stark, sodass lüften nicht sinnvoll war. Besonders nervig war der Zustand, wenn die anderen Gäste im Raum sich mit Deo/ Parfüm vollgesprüht haben, statt ins Bad zu gehen. Der Geruch hat sich dadurch ganz unangenehm, fast erdrückend hinter den Vorhängen im Bettbereich gesammelt.

Great facility, beds are nice, charger/lighting setup at beds is great, in room lockers are big, breakfast buffet is worth the price, hostel is in a great part of town. Would stay again.

Centrally located. Close to Jervis tram stop. Easy walk to north and south, either side of the city. Staff very friendly.

I had a great stay in a room with 4 beds, its own shower, and toilet. Walkable to almost everything!
