So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke.

I made rwservation on line when I got to hotel they said the rooons where sll booked , cant rate this hotel

Güzel bir otel. Adıyamanda aradığım birçok otelden daha iyi. Üstelik çalışanlar da gayet samimi ve içten. Biraz ücret olarak diğer otellerden fazla olmasına rağmen tercihimde haklı olduğumu düşünüyorum.
