Booked the room very last minute and it was very clean. The staff was very welcoming, and friendly. The place was safe. Will def come back! Friendly tip, since I didn’t read the rules before booking, make sure to take cash with you since they don’t accept credit cards.

Noisy in the mornings due to the soccer field and constant crowd cheering. Manuel however was an excellent host!

The grounds are immaculate. It looks like a postcard. The rooms are nothing fancy but certainly do the job. There is free breakfast daily and all items are freshly made including the various juices.

This property is a jewel in a small neighborhood only 10 min from the airport. It has very lush gardens and an ultimate location for good relaxation and then commuting to the city at off hours. I didnt have breakfast but assume that it would be nice. Very friendly people and good airport transfer. Highly recommend as it offers great value even though price of a taxi adds to the overall price tag compared to a hotel closer to the historic city. I loved my stay.

Beautiful property and gardens. We only spent one night here to be closer to airport for our 6 am flight. I'd love to come back and stay longer. this place is quant, cute, beautiful and eco friendly. walked to a great little cafe Nuna. Highly recommend. They drove us to the airport for 10$ at 330 am. Only accepts cash.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist wirklich schön, das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war der Service eine Katastrophe! Der Shuttle Service vom Flughafen wurde vergessen, wir haben fast eine Stunde gewartet und dann selber ein Taxi genommen. An der Unterkunft ging es chaotisch weiter,mit uns reiste zufällig noch eine größere Gruppe an und damit war der einzige Mitarbeiter der zu sehen war, völlig überfordert. Es stellte sich heraus das unser Zimmer sogar doppelt vermietet wurde. Schade, das B&B hat wirklich Potenzial, aber solche chaotischen Zustände ruinieren viel.

It was a lovely, gated property, 10 minutes from the airport. The room was very nice. My only complaint is that I was cold in the room (not once I got in bed). The owner told me the next day I could have asked for a heater. Breakfast was ample. Ride from/to airport was great.

This is a beautiful little family owned hotel that is only 10 mins from the airport. There isn’t much else around, but it’s perfect for an early flight or late arrival

Convenient to the airport and very nice, peaceful property. Just don't forget your cash...we found ourselves there at the end of our trip and no nearby restaurants took credit card.

I love this place. It's quaint...it's simple. It's quiet. The rooms are huge. The bed is comfortable. The hot water is hot and it lasts. They are a wonderful gem near the airport. You don't have to drive an hour in traffic to get to a hotel.If you are staying in Quito, stay here. You can grab an Uber and get where you need to go OR if you have an early flight, you're not too far away. It's a beautiful old finca converted to a nice cabin type hotel

This hotel is close to the airport and has beautiful and relaxing grounds. The staff are amazing and take pride in their service. A great homemade dinner is available for a nominal additional cost. Breakfast was delicious as well. If I ever come back to Quito, I will definitely stay here again. Only small negative is that it is further from Quito.

The hotel is close to the airport, which makes it very convenient if you are in Quito for a short time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds are very nice. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

On time and reliable airport transfer. Breakfast was very good and the gardens are immaculate. If I needed to stay near the airport, I’d stay here again.
