Het is een net en schoon hotel. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd, dus oordoppen zijn niet nodig. De locatie is prima, je kunt er goed parkeren en voor het hotel stap je zo op de bus richting het centrum/station, waar je ong in 7 minuten bent. Het ontbijt is goed, uitgebreid. Dat mag ook voor die prijs. Ik zou het zeker aanraden als je wilt overnachten in Leiden.

The young man at the desk was great upon check in. Recommended a place to eat to see the town and even called us a car and made reservations. Very appreciative towards the end of our trip when we were tired of figuring out where to eat!

Beautiful hotel very confortable and with all you need to rest.

Staff were very helpful and helped confirm our travel plans & gave us great ideas on things to do the internet did not provide. The food was great in the bar, such cute ambiance!

Het avondeten vonden wij wel prijzig. De kamer is enigszins verouderd. De douchecabine is wel erg klein.

Hotel is too old and not a typical Van der Valk standard. Room was big, bathroom old and the garden view is literally a parking view!

Schlafzimmer im Keller - darauf kommt man nur wenn man maximalen Profit aus kleinstem Invest umsetzen will. Zustand - SEHR in die Jahre gekommen, Papierspender verrostet, Elemente der Badewanne verrostet usw. Matratzen in einem miserablen Zustand wenn man darauf liegt klappt man zusammen wie ein Schweizer Taschenmesser... Sauberkeit - schlecht, Handtücher mit braunen Flecken werden einfach hängen gelassen, Teppichboden schmutzig, Sessel schmutzig usw Katastrophe, viel zu teuer und eine miserable Nacht verbracht.

Top shelf! We booked last minute as we weren’t sure where we would end up on our roadtrip. Our room-with three beds as requested-was ready when we walked in. The room itself was lovely-well appointed and very comfortable. The balcony was also really nice. The on site restaurant is wonderful and ending our evening with drinks on the canal was perfect. We added breakfast and it was fantastic. We will absolutely stay again!

Oda tozluydu. Banyo radyötörü toz içinde. Terlik, diş fırçası yok. İki single yatağı birleştirerek çift kişilik yatak yapmışlar. Gece yataklar ayrıldığı için arada uyumuşum. Genel olarak beğenmedim. Ödediğim ücrete kesinlikle değmedi. Kahvaltı gibi bir yemek de yedik, servis, peçete getirmediler, yemekler geç geldi. Personel yaklaşımı kibardı.

Nice rooms and dining, excellent staff, food great. only drawback the only nice view (of the canal) isnt visible from any of the bedrooms. all the room balconies either overlook the road and roundabout or the car park

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff.

The hotel was not in the center of town and there was no where to go to dine, etc. Room and beds comfortable.

Lovely hotel & staff. Clean comfortable rooms. 10 minutes to town centre by bus. Highly recommended.
