We stayed at Sweet Lloret Suites for five nights. While the rooms look modern at first glance, the experience was disappointing overall. Our building turned out to be the old Playa Sol hostel, and when you enter, you walk into a smelly, abandoned bar filled with construction supplies. The building is clearly still under renovation and doesn’t feel ready for guests. Walking into our room for the first time, there was drywall dust on the floor, a missing ceiling panel with a dangling light, and some fixtures were still wrapped in plastic. There was just a sheet (no blanket), and the bathroom had no hand soap (advertised in the hotel pictures). The mini-fridge was empty, even though their photos online clearly show stocked fridges with water, snacks, and drinks. When we asked about this, staff admitted only the other building gets those. The one time we asked for water, we were told to go to a closed grocery store before staff finally sold us bottles themselves. On the third night, the AC blew a smokey smell into the room, making a very uncomfortable last couple nights. Combined with hammering from construction of the adjacent rooms, paper-thin walls, and a bright green light above the door lighting up the room at night, the overall comfort was not there. Staff were polite but not especially helpful. Overall, the hotel feels unfinished, inconsistent, and misleadingly advertised. Aesthetically it looks nice, but at least our building is not ready for guests.

The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms tinier. My partner started getting bites/welts, 16 bites total (I didn't have any) and we assumed it was from him being outside on the balcony to smoke. The morning we checked out, we found a bed bug. The person at the front desk said that they thought they had gotten rid of them... They gave me a 20% refund and said they "wouldn't charge for the penalty fee". We had to check, double check, and triple check all of our clothes and luggage. Ruined the rest of vacation, not to mention ensuring we didn't bring them home.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et c’est largement suffisant. La chambre est nickel, très mimi, petit balcon sympa, la salle de bain malgré qu’elle soit petite ça suffit pour un couple. Deux petits bémols: l’insonorisation, on entend tout dans les couloirs et dehors, et j’ai retrouvé quelque cheveux dans les draps.. Mais sinon je suis assez satisfaite.

Rooms are quite small. Staff did not help with luggage when showing us to our room on second floor. There was no lift. Rooms were clean though and it is quite close to beach.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür und man ist sehr schnell am Strand und in der Innenstadt. Für uns war das Zimmer aber zu klein. Badezimmer extrem eng und es gibt auch nur einen kleinen Spiegel im Bad. Wer hier kräftiger ist, wird sicher Probleme im Bad haben... einfach viel zu eng (Abstand von Toilette zur Wand, zwischen Toilette und Dusche und Dusche allgemein.) Das Bett war aber gut. Ansonsten mega nettes Personal, Putzfrau kam täglich. Kein Fahrstuhl. Dafür aber sehr gute Lage.

Horrible, PUNAISES DE LIT. Nous avons dû quitter le logement en urgence à 4h du matin et nous avons dû faire toute la ville pour trouver un endroit où dormir. Le logement été infesté par des punaises de lit.

Alles autonom. Man erhält die PIN-Codes für Gebäude und Zimmereingang. Leider piepst die Codeeingabe ziemlich laut. Mein Zimmer war direkt das erste nach dem Haupteingang und dadurch habe ich alles gehört. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Nachts bzw frühmorgens kamen die lauten anderen Gäste und nahmen keinerlei Rücksicht. Das war sehr schade, da das Zimmer an für sich gut ausgestattet ist mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Safe. Auch das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer ok. Leider konnte ich kaum Schlaf finden wegen der Lärmbelästigung. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nebensaison würde ich es vielleicht erneut versuchen, da es wirklich sehr sauber und bequem war.
