Very nice stay at Tumy House. They didn’t have the room prepared when we arrived, but they prepared it pretty fast. The breakfast, individually ordered, was great! Tumy House is very close to the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Ollantaytambo. A huge number of restaurants, street food vendors and a few grocery stores within a few minutes walk.

Tummy house en general está bien. Nosotroa pasamos una noche y nos sacó de un gran apuro pues no pudimos salir a Machupichu. En la mañana batallamos un poco con el agua caliente pero se solucionó. El servicio y atención de Luisa de 100! Cosa que no podemoa decir de Juan, mal encarado y mal humor sirviendo el desayuno, dejando a uno hablando por una simple pregunta que hicimos! Cero servicio a cliente. Me tuve que levantar para decirle como queríamoa el huevo porque nos dejo hablando. Es lo unico que pudiera considerar como detalle a conaiderar en la estancia.

We were able to find this b&b last minute, and although the office was closed, they were willing to accommodate us. Rooms had private baths and looked like the photos. This was a great location in town that was very walkable. Really worth a stay if going to the quaint town of Ollentaytambo. The included breakfast was excellent! Would be nice if Orbitz reflected their office hours.

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely family run hotel. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets, shower had lots of hot water and towels were large. It is located on a quiet steet in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nearby places to eat. Close to the central plaza and a local market. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Owner was very helpful in finding us a guide for Machu Picchu. Food and service good. A little noisy outside at night.

I had a good experience at this accommodation. The location is excellent—safe, walkable, and close to major attractions and shopping areas. Me encantó mi estancia ahí. Juan y su mamá súper amables. Juan me hizo desayuno muy temprano a las 5.30 am antes de salir para Machu Picchu y se ofreció llevarme a la estación. Tmb estaba buscando en donde lavar ropa y sin problema ellos lo hicieron. Excelente atención. El único detalle es el internet. No llega muy bien la señal a los cuartos. De ahí en fuera todo magnífico.

Good location for train to Manchu Pichu. Very reasonably price and sufficient breakfast. Staff very pleasant.

We were really well received by Juan. He help us boom our tour, went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. We had hot water for the shower. We had a very pleasant stay.

The stay was great and the hosts were very helpful and forthcoming and made me feel very welcome. Without their help everything would have been a lot more difficult for me and I'd certainly stay there again.

Owner Juan and his Mother really make you feel, "Mi casa su casa". They are very helpful in making your visit to Ollantaytambo even better. Breakfast is deliciously prepared each morning with fresh juice. Juan arranged a tour guide for the local Sun Temple, and Dani was extremely knowledgeable about Inca history as well as present day conditions for Inca people. Then Juan took it upon himself to take my hiking boots (Lowa, with a problem they are known for) to be fixed as the soles were threatening to come completely off, right before I was to visit Machu Picchu. They were resoled and now are in great condition to hike in...... as I did in Cusco sites. The fee for this was a little over $10, a lifesaver, as I would have been a very miserable traveler to have not been able to trek all over Machu Picchu and make the pilgrimage to the Sun Gate. This is A+ service, that says, " We Care". Mucho gracias Juan.

Hostel muito bom. Quartos confortáveis e arejados. O quarto que eu fiquei (17) tem uma visão magnífica do templo de Ollantaytambo. Café da manhã com 4 torradas, ovos mexidos (ou frito), manteiga, geleia, suco de laranja e café ou chá, além de bananas e laranja. Durante o dia, mate de coca a vontade. Seguro e muito bem localizado (200 m da praça central).

Petit hôtel calme, propre, à deux pas du centre-ville et des restaurants. Personnel accueillant et extrêmement serviable, qui s'est mis en 4 pour répondre à nos questions et faire l'intermédiaire avec Incarail. Petit-déjeuner américain bon et copieux. Nous y retournerons si nous revenons dans le coin.

This place is a perfect place to stay in Ollantaytambo. The location is great, close to the main square but far enough away so that the traffic and noise are not a problem. The host family is wonderful, they helped us with train reservations and taxis, great breakfasts, and their overall friendliness made our stay very enjoyable.

This is a great way to experience Peruvian culture and hospitality first hand. Juan and his staff are super friendly and welcoming, and can help you make daytrip driver arrangements if you wish (you should visit Moray and Salineras while in the Sacred Valley). Beds are comfortable and hot water is always available. It is a B&B, so some amenities such as satellite tv, in room fridge or microwave typical of hotels are not present, hence the lower cost. We had a great stay and enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast every morning. Except for the last night, wifi was working very well.
