Could not get a better location for catching a train from Glasgow Central.

Great location. Rooms a bit small and no air in the bathroom. It was hot and the window only cracked open a little. Shower was good. Staff were efficient.

Room quite old fashioned, but nice and clean

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned. On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Great stuff & location

Overall hotel was ok and did the job but was overpriced in my opinion. Got locked out of our room and trailed up and down to reception 4 times before it was sorted. Got offered a free cocktail but as we were trying to go up to the room to bed it was wasted. Personally I have stayed in better hotels in Glasgow.

Great location. Room was nice and amenities were fine. Only complaint was about the room temperature. It was warm and muggy. Staff said that’s how system was designed so wall control was useless. Front desk did provide a fan.
