It’s simple next time i will choose this place for my go to place to stay

Great, professional staff. The cleaning staff was super friendly. Perfect location to walk around and get a drink. Super cool for two hotels to be in one building.

Cleanliness

The staff at the front desk were exceptional. Always greeting you with a smile and quickly responding to all requests. These young ladies are keepers. They are an asset to your company.

This is not close to a 5 star hotel, I recommend avoiding. - only hand towels were provided - shower drain was clogged - internet is excruciatingly slow and requires resigning in every 15 minutes or so - AC only retains settings for a few hours - fridge wasn’t even plugged in In short, the room was not ready for occupancy. Will not return.

Breakfast Spread is limited , quality of food is not up to expectation

Bathroom wasn’t good and the water pressure was weak and the shower head was leaking , requested for them to check but it was still leaking and always cause water to overflow. Relatively clean room but could be brighter. Breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was friendly .

Breakfast is disappointing. It uses to be good spread. Now the quality dropped, less buffet spread. Worst of all, when a dish finished at 9.15am, the hotel did not replenish the food as the buffet ends at 11am.

We had a very comfortable stay. We also had a very good view from the master bedroom.

Many things near by and very nice property and the staff is probably the best I've seen in Manila. The bathtub turns the bathroom into a pool is the only negative lol

Overall a very good place with a great sized room. Was clean and comfortable.

Older building. Needs a lot of work for certain hotel rooms.

Great 1 night stay. Close to burgos and nice upscale venue

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days..it was good experience but the only thing I didn’t like was I was charged for a security deposit and said it will be back once I checked out ..But until now ,I didn’t get anything. Was there Nov 4-7.

It was a wonderful stay, lovely amenities and facilities, definitely a must visit place ❤️

サービスって何？お願いや質問にもなんの回答もなし。全てホテル側のオペレーションに従え的な態度でした。待たせることも硬直的なオペレーションにはあたりまえのように顧客意向は無視って感じの態度でした。もちろん笑顔ですが

The whole stay was pleasant. The entrance was a bit confusing as there was no visible signage and the driveway was very steep. The bathroom tub was a big negative experience. It was too slippery and too tall so it was hard to get in and out the shower. i slipped while taking a shower so i ended up spraining my ankle. The staff were very kind and approachable. the area around it wasn't so good because the property is situated in the red light district of makati.
