Very poor service. Amenities not as advertised.

Overall, I’m dissatisfied with my experiense at this hotel. In particular, this hotel didn’t approve my date change request, even it was made within the change period. I requested reducing a night for stay. So that should be refunded. Allow me to advice to other guests that your booking for this hotel won’t be editable with any reasons. Second point is almost hotel staff don’t understand neither English nor Japanese. They can speak Chinese only. The room, lobby, …etc accomdations are clean enough. Buffet style Breakfast&Dinnerwill be served as options. They are almost Japanese cuisine. The quality of food is not bad. Especially, the rice is very tasty! It would be great if booking experiense is improved.

Conveniently & cozy staying for ski since hot spring & shuttle bus station nearby. But lacking of food choice though their breakfast & dinner buffet are delicious.would booking again next time.
