Pěkný hotel v centru Dortmundu, 5 minut chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží. Čisto, ochotný personál, vše fungovalo. Dobrá snídaně.

Lage ist sehr gut Frühstück und Service sehr gut Bett ist bequem Fliesenfußboden ohne Fußbodenheizung ist no go :( Empfang beim Einchecken sehr unfreundlich, keine alternative/Lösung zur stornierten Buchung, Einchecken hat sehr lange gedauert Zimmerwände sind hellhörig

Bett war komplett durchgelegen, sehr schlechter Geruch durch Heizungskörper nach abgestandener Luft

Proper Hotel, friendly staff, 24 hour service Breakfast very good and you could be an ealry bird- breakfast starts at 06.30 am

Tolles Fruestueck Einfaches Zimmer

Since 2018 I've been staying in the Grey Hotel for over 50 nights in total but I don't find any reason to switch to another hotel. Located inside Wallring, 2 minute walk from Dortmund Hbf and staff is helpful. I'll keep using it when I have a business trip to Dortmund.

Convenient for Dortmund HBF and central Dortmund. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and spacious.

Hatte eine Nacht hier. Gutes Bett, sauberes Bad und klasse Frühstüch zu gutem Preis. Gerne wieder!

We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast was nice. However, we were there on a very hot day until the lack of air conditioning was difficult for us to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately, we are used to air conditioning so this was difficult. The Dyson fans they provided Were helpful, however .
