Our second stay at this hotel chain this summer. Excellent facilities

Good staff at reception, new facilities, very clean, reasonable breakfast

Very clean and kind staff. They allowed us to check in early.

The hotel was welcoming and clean. The hotel room was lovely, and the pool was just what we needed to burn off some energy after a long drive! If we ever need to stay in St Thomas again we will stay here!

We called down for tooth brush and paste and they never came. Also, 2nd day free breakfast had over capacity guests.. nowhere to sit and half the stuff was empty for a while

Excellent rooms, staff...overall excellent...I guess would have liked the complimentary breakfast to have been available till 11am, woke up late:)

Excellent new property. Nice breakfast. Parking lot was not separated from the plaza next to it. No signage or markings indicating hotel parking only.

We loved the clean modern look of the property. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub and the area was bright and clean. Breakfast was better than normal for a hotel buffet.

This was a really nice place to say. I have nothing but "Great" to report. They had their act together and we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast options were great! Everything was perfect during our stay. I was disappointed I could not connect the tv to the Internet so I could not use any smart features. Tv was locked and was extremely limited. Needs to be able to login to Netflix , YouTube etc.

The breakfast and check in were great. The pool was badly designed as the water on the tiles around the pool didn’t drain properly so it was slippery and dangerous. The chair in our room was broken. The view of a huge grey roof on the building next door was the worst hotel view I have ever had. I paid over $300. for one night and felt that it was really overpriced
