Excelente ubicación.

Me gustó la tranquilidad pero no me gustó el servicio al cliente, me hubiera encantando un “bienvenida al hotel ….” Pero fue todo lo contrario hasta me habían dicho que habían cancelado mi reserva cuando llegue en la noche, me ayudaron porque ya….repito la atención al cliente es vital para sentirse en casa.

Next to mall so safe to go get food

This was a great location! Behind the mall and quieter then the main street. We were 3 blocks from the cedula office, which was why we visited the area. Easy check in and out. Basic room and breakfast.

Excelent Service.

Nice room with a great window. Very close to the mall and SuperMaxi. The near by park La Carolina is also very close. We have walked it several times and really enjoyed the people and vast food selections. Highly recommend this hotel. Nice breakfast too.

Excelente y buen precio, buena ubicación en Quito

Clean hotel. Friendly, efficient reception. Room did not have a source of heat that I could find and was a bit cool. Right across from a very large shopping mall. Also nearby is the botanical garden but I was unable to visit because they close early at 3:30 pm.
