A great place for a long weekend stay in Toronto. The suite of rooms is very clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with a great kitchen. Management communicates very well and thoughtfully before, during, and after. Highly recommended.

Apartment is spacious enough and well situated near the waterfront and Billy Bishop airport. Nice view on Lake Ontario. Functional kitchen. Some issues with my maintenance. Customer service a little slow to respond.

There was a fantastic cafe very nearby. Easy to get picked up by taxi if wish but very close to catching the streetcars.

Loved the spot. There was an issue with the thermostat and the rivetstays staff had a space heater sent to the unit at 11 at night to use until the issue was looked at. That was amazing service. The unit was small, but had an amazing view and was close to where we needed to be for that week. Woild stay again in a heartbeat.

Nous avons bien aimer loger dans un appartement du rivetstays-the Neptune . Bien situer , beaucoup de chose autour a seulement quelques minutes a pied . Nous etions tres content de pouvoir aller patiner au Bentway juste en face . Location de patin et chocolat chaud gratuit , musique de Noel etc . Lappartement en tant que tel etait bien equipé , rangé mais assez poussiereux . Nous avons manquer de rien mais un conseil , apporter votre oreiller . Les matelas sont un peu dure , mais nous, nous aimons ca comme ca .Jai adorer la vue sur la ville et les building . Jaurais ajouter quelques meubles sur le balcon ( aumoin 2 chaises ). Les gens a lentree de limmeuble etaient super sympatique meme si au depart , vous navez pas vraiment affaire a eux . Jai trouver que larriver et lacces a lappartement etait super simple . Tout se regle avant notre arriver et arriver sur les lieux , tu as tout pour que tout ce passe rapidement . Le seul GROS point negatif que nous avons trouver est le parking . Le parking le plus proche a reserver pour etre sur den avoir un en tout temps avec entree et sortie illimiter est a 17 min a pied . Et meme si nous avions reservee et payer avec un recu ( 54.99$) nous avons quand meme recu un ticket de 98$ . Sinon tout le reste etait super et nous avons passer un tres beau moment en famille

The room was very accommodating for me and my nieces girls trip, close to the concert venue we were in town for and they especially loved the view of the city

The room was not well maintained and not cleaned on arrival. The furnace was not working and the toilet kept shutting in and off. It was in a convenient location for our stay, however I would not recommend this room.

Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. Spotless and comfortable!

Easy access to the streetcar made this stay enjoyable. The room is ok size wise but very badly appointed…no tissues,teabags…bulk coffee grounds in a big percolator ( waste)…no chair to sit in …nowhere to put luggage( except the floor)…some shelving was available but taken up with cleaning stuff and spare linen.full sized appliances took up valuable space and the dishwasher could not open passed half way as it hit on the bed. Room was cold and draughty…used the oven to heat as the room cannot be controlled by the guest. Only one bedside table ,2 high metal stools…not exactly for relaxing in. Stay was ok….given position to public transport. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
