1. Half the items on the restaurant menu were not available 2. The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer) 3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink… The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. Well now he will know. They have.a taxi service - please don’t use it if the guy incharge is Rajan Singh who would keep changing the rates on you…some people are just to make as money out of you when they see an American passport… very sad.. Overall very average to below average service for the price point.

Arrived late and staff prepared food for us. Extra bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom very adequate.

Decent facilities. Caring crew. High water pressure showers. Towels and sheets need better care.

The quality of food needs improvement .Bathroom supplies or soap needs to be of better quality.
