ห้องไม่สะอาดและมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ไม่ดีสำหรับครอบครัว

It is really not a hotel. The facilities were not good and the support from app was very bad and no help at all.

ห้องพักอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่น่าพอใจ ผนังห้องเปียกโชก มีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่ทำงานได้ดี ห้องน้ำก็อยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่สะอาดเช่นกัน

Well. Amrise wasn't a Hotel. There's no hotel standards. I believed Amrise are Guest House only. 1. The Price was too expensive because isn't a hotel. 2. In the room, there's only 1 adaptor. 1 is for TV. Attached the picture and comments. I complained to the picture. I said is there small adaptor that I can use for charging? He said there's a charge $2 if using his adaptor (he showed me). I said how can I use the adaptor at the side of wall? And he checked. I requested to move into other rooms but he said only 1 family room available. So no choice. And he came with the aesthetic adaptor. Well at least I can charged my power bank. Problem solved. 3. I requested new flip flop that we can use. But no respond. 4. Toilet… well. The water heater are okay. The steel hanger was bended and no lock key. The bed was so-so. At least can sleep. Quite far to other places. Not recommended hotel. 1 time are enough.

Sprei nya kotor, kamar mandi kotor banget, kurang rekomendasi buat stay bareng keluarga.

Everyone knows that hotels in SG are awfully expensive, but you certainly don't expect they will be dirty as hell, when I entered, found human poo in the toilet, the dirty towel used to wipe the poo still there too. The smell was horrible I had to go to buy spray air freshener. Thank you but thank you. Not returning.

Hotel kotor terutama bantalnya banyak noda hitam, wc rusak saat di flush langsung menguap sampai banjir, pintu wc tidak bisa tertutup.
