Room was small, but hotel was very nice

Reception, restaurant, common areas very nice. Views of lake and lawn next to lake make the location very attractive.

El personal súper amable, el restaurante con salida a jardín y lago, la ubicación muy buena. Excelente calidad-precio.

O ar condicionado ficou fazendo barulhos durante toda a noite, o que dificultou o sono. O elevador também é bastante barulhento, para quartos próximos, acaba incomodando. Além disso, o secador de cabelo deve ser solicitado na recepção, não se encontra disponível no quarto.

Loved everything

O Hotel é ótimo, com boas instalações, nosso quarto era enorme, chuveiro quentinho e com vista para o lago. Adoramos. O café da manhã bem servido e com variedades. Ariel e Agostin muito simpáticos, solícitos e gentis. E todos os funcionários tambem.

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zommer war groß und hatte einen schönen Seeblick.

Very nice hotel. The guy at the reception needs bit of a training... Nice location.

Great service, great good, great location. Everything was excellent except the beds and pillows were very un comfy. Other then that amazing place to stay. 10/10 would come back

The breakfast was amazing. A freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, orange juice, and lemonade every day. Great pastries and fresh cut fruit as well. Beautiful view while eating breakfast. They have a super hot pool, bring your bathing suit!

Por el precio y calidad, superó mis expectativas

No hot water in room. No coffee or coffee machine to have a cup of coffee when you wake up. I had to pay for a bottle of water which is unusual

Pricilla at the front desk made our check in and interactions the best I have ever experienced. Extremely professional, welcoming, and accommodating.

Tudo muito bom

Equipe muito gentil com pessoas muito preparadas e simpaticas na recepção e no restaurante. Pude fazer um check-in antecipado sem problemas. O quarto é espaçoso, apesar das instalações serem um pouco antigas. O chuveiro demorava um pouco a esquentar. O hotel fica na beira do lago, o que dá uma visão espetacular e inesquecível. Recomendo muito.
