It’s for the downtown red light crowd

Room just average, promised a fridge, no fridge.. noisy road in front of hotel, just like sleeping on a freeway… asked for a hotel receipt, clerk threw a paper at me, refused to print one up, told me to use my I-pad and take a picture, very sloppy administrative practices.., first time staying here and it will be my last time staying here…

Very big rooms. Clean and quiet. Very affordable rates, walking distance to downtown and sights

Service was so bad. They power outage issues and staffs are non- cooperative. Specially the person name Shivay was inefficient and did negligence of his assign duty.

The staff are so good and excellent

Check in was fairly smooth/quick. Staff was very helpful. Room was simple but clean.

Did not stay at this hotel. Booked the wrong date and wasn't able to rebook properly for the date I needed.

The room they use for registration is a descusting

Room wasn’t very clean and although it was an “updated” room, it was very run down. I would have asked to switch rooms but I was exhausted from travelling all day and we were only there for a quick stop. I will say the staff was friendly.

If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and you're not into fancy then this place will do the job. Of note... there was no way to turn off the heat and the ac unit was on its last gasp. The screen didnt fit in the window... its been pried or forced out at some point. If you have menopause you're doomed. I had to turn on the AC as well as open the window in order to get the room to cool down a bit. Do not recommend baths, just showers. But overall, it did the trick. We needed a place with 2 beds since we had to be at the hospital for surgery at 6 am. Its proximity to hospitals and conveniences was why we chose it. I paid $70 for the night.

Attention to detail when cleaning the room is needed. Things were left in the room

Bed was pretty good, other than that, ther was no toilet paper in the room, just a hand towel and face cloth, rust rings in tub, paint peeling off all the walls, a tv that you needed a telescope to see, two wooden chairs and a tiny sticky table, doos look like they were kicked in and poorly repaired, floors were sticky. I wasn't expecting 5 star, but wow, that was terrible. Will never go there again.

I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The place was really dirty and unkept there was blood o. The sheet. Dirty all over I would never book thru Expedia again after this experience because I genuinely felt unsafe for my life while there.

What I saw online was not what I was met with. The property was poorly kept, check in/ reception area looked very sketchy. The property on a whole looked sketchy. I went with my 1yo and my husband and we initially booked a standard queen with 2 beds, upon checking in they asked if we would like to upgrade to a premium king room we said we’d consider depending on how the standard queen looked. We went and checked out the standard room and it was absolutely disgusting, beds not properly made, room looked like it was not cleaned at all and it reeked of cigarette smell, we immediately declined. Went to the king room and it was still underwhelming, floors were dirty and disgusting, bathroom was gross, bed was not properly made, sheets and pillow cases were dirty, room smelled like mildew. My partner and I had to clean and sanitize the space and made it work since we were unable to get other accommodations for our weekend stay. Book with caution, we were highly disappointed.

Extremely dirty and run down. Broken glass all over the parking lot.

Staff were nice. Parking would have been better if the parking lot had been cleared of snow, ice and slush. It was hard to get around.
