Bernie the hotel staff was excellent

Hotel staff Bernie was excellent. The only improvement id make is change check in time to midday rather than 3pm.

This was on a side street too far from the skywalk to be convenient and on a very narrow street. The bed was clean but there was no safe in the room.

The air did not work . Paint blistered on walls. Requested towels did not get. Dust around things. No hand soap . Door knob falling off. Drain in sink did not open.

超級有禮貌的員工們，每一位都熱情打招呼及接待，雖然位在比較髒亂的小區，但是飯店本身十分的乾淨。

Good price, close to airport, friendly staff. Will stay here again and I do recommend.

空港から歩いて行けるホテルです。 空港に着いたら左側へ、アライバルフロアのKFCへ向かって近くの階段を登ったらショッピングモール、ホテル方面への渡り廊下があります。 ホテルのスタッフフレンドリーで親切です。 ホテル周りにはローカルな市場や商店が多数あります。 そしてマクドナルド、フィリピンのローカルファストフード？みたいなものもあります。またスーパーマーケット、洗濯屋、薬局などあるので困りません。 チェックアウト後にも荷物の預かりを行ってくれてます。 マニラの滞在だけでなく、到着日、最終日、トランジットの宿泊にも最適です。 ジムへ行かれる方にも嬉しいことに、anytime fitness があります。

It is a nice hotel for a short stay. Though when i checked in early the room assigned to me was hot even though the aircon is on its just the cold air is not that strong and i have to asked for electric fan. The hotel location is near local market.

立地は治安のよく無いような地域で、夜間には出歩くことはためらわれますが、気さくなフロントの対応に好感が持てました。
