Fantastic breakfast menu, very beautiful property

Great breakfast buffet selection. Tasted great. Nice villa with pool. One of our room had A/C turned off when we checked in, but was able to cool down quickly. Spa service (steam sauna) was great experience, friendly staffs. A lot of lizards, that’s fine. But cockroaches appeared in the second floor of three bedroom villas with pool. Staffs were a little difficult to communicate in English (staffs at Royal Shore Restaurant during breakfast were okay to communicate in English though). At check-in, buggy car drivers left our luggages at the lobby, 30 second buggy car ride turned into 3 minute ride, because driver couldn’t locate our villa… Tried to exchange currency (USD to VND), but they declined multiple $100 bills I brought from US because they were worn and torn out.. they were fairly new ones (didn’t have any problem when exchanged in another hotel in Da Nang). Additionally, they didn’t have enough VND on hand for us to exchange, just $100 worth of VND they had. Exchange rate was good though. Looks it was either new or renovated resort, so may come visit again next time. Good experience for the value.

Very good service when the resort was half full, but it crashes when full at peak hours.

The staff was super friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived, during the stay and until the day we left. Special shout out to Brian Dinh who was in the charge of the guests for the villas in which we had an awesome 3 bedrooms with an oceanfront picture perfect view. He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only was I convinced that we needed to come back.for the accommodation but definitely for the top service we received. Rooms were kept clean everyday from housekeeping and the food was quite delicious. I recommend to pay a bit more and stay in the villas. Will not regret it~

Spacious beachfront villa with private dipping pool, steps from shore restaurant for breakfast . Easy to call buggy for villa pick up and then take a grab taxi to go into Hoi An old town.

Deres villaer er fremragende - specielt dem i første række til vandet. Morgenmadsrestaurant kun til dem der bor i villa , giver en dejlig rolig morgen frem for hovedrestauranten. Hotellets priser for mad og drikke er pænt høje i forhold til restauranter generelt. Kommer gerne igen …..i en villa.

Lovely pools and right on the beach. Friendly staff. Quite expensive to eat and drink on site though.

主人の誕生日で利用しました。 事前にやり取りしたところ、ベッドにデコレーションを用意してくれたり、バースデーのケーキを用意してくれたりでありがとうございました！ ヴィラに宿泊しましたが、部屋は広々としていて景色がいい！ プールも水を循環しているようで綺麗でした。 2階の湯船のお湯がすぐ水になります。 ビーチも美しく、そこまで混み合ってない時期だったのでそれもよかったです。 トイレ キッチンの奥に1つだけ個室があったので利用してました

Beachfront villa with pool was amazing, accommodation is really spacious, breakfast is really good with so much choice and the beach is really clean and beautiful.

ヴィラに宿泊しました。広さも間取りも素晴らしかったです。問題はシャワーの排水部分が詰まっていて、毎晩水浸しになってしまったこと。リビングの天井の扇風機も故障して動きませんでした。スタッフについては、清掃スタッフはしっかりと仕事をしてくれていました。フロントのスタッフは対応の良い人と塩対応の人、両方がいました。朝食会場はヴィラとホテル棟の宿泊者で分かれていました（ヴィラ宿泊者は両レストランを利用可能）。レベルは悪くなかったです。ヴィラ宿泊者のレストランのみにあったのは生ハムとスムージー各種で少し差をつけているようでした。

The venue is excellent the villas beautiful and the location great. initially we were not warmly welcomed and staff suggested we had been scammed on booking dot com. This was eventually resolved as they had assumed the booking was in my husbands name on not mine. The service in the restaurant was slow even when relatively empty with staff seemingly extra and not anticipating guests needs of water drinks and menus. we had three nights there and this was a regular observation. The restaurant staff while friendly did not share what was not available when bringing the menu - so on ordering we had to reorder on both occasions. The pool and beach service was great and good quality. The breakfast excellent. The staff could be more patient when working with Google translate - we had several incidents that we were patiently trying to resolve and it just got frustrating to resolved. A staff person picked up a key card that was left and we were unable to communicate that it was likely ours. In the gym - we were not able to negotiate its return and on check out we were asked to pay for it. Which we did- it just became easier - as we had not pursued the return with the initial incident. There was Construction happening on site and while the massage are excellent the vibration and hammering was unwelcome distraction We had stayed in several other hotels and staff were far more confident with Google translate. It is a lovely location and we would consider it again

Clean and peaceful place. Breakfast was also tasty. Staffs were kind and supportive.

Don't be put off by the ClubMed feel as you pull up to the main entrance and walk. The area would definitely fit in well with a slightly remote resort in southern Spain. However step into the hotel and greeted by the staff you appreciate this is an exceptional place. We had some initial concern with our villa which where sorted within minutes leaving us to enjoy our 5 day break in pure luxury. Staff are fantastic. Welcoming, attentive, and always available to help. Any of our (several) requests were greeted with a smile and executed instantly. Brett and Hang and their teams were truly exceptional. We have stayed in several top end resorts across the far east and this ranks up there with the best of them. The rooms are new, tastefully appointed and finished to a very high standard. The private pool is warm and clean. The bathrooms are modern with all facilities and excellent views across the ocean. Any room for improvement, sure: If you like your morning coffee hot make sure you ask for extra hot or I will be just lukewarm.
