We stay here for 4 nights. Staff was very helpful, provide information, took care our luggages. Hotel located near Gran via station and shopping street. Look safe. What was we don't like is it was noisy at night since it located in hangout area. You could hear drunker shout something.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, muito perto da Gran Vía. O quarto é limpo, com boa roupa de cama, o banheiro é pequeno, mas bom. O café da manhã é oferecido em uma taberna próxima ao hotel, com algumas opções fechadas. A equipe de funcionários é bem solicita.

El hotel es céntrico todo cerca, el concepto de tener habitaciones con diferentes nombres de Países me parece fabuloso. Cómodo, limpio y hasta teníamos una ventana si se puede llamar así en el techo. Juan Carlos en recepción es muy atento y servicial. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí.
