no towels provided considering the price

Cockroach infested! Cockroach cockroach everywhere I have to leave faster than I cone. It’s a dump! You can get a five star accommodation cheaper than that rate.

The location of the place was close to everything within walking distance, however the toilet was acting up while we were there. The condo also took a while to get cool which was not ideal given that the weather was 35 degrees.

The room that this account provide has a cockroaches problem, we address the issue and they offer to change us but the other two rooms available also had the same problem, and it wasn’t just one, we saw many. The rooms are all faded wall and broken cabints, not at all as seen in the pictures. There was also cockroaches in the hallways. The showers are very very dirty. I do not recommend, They need to be taken off Expedia.

We had a wonderful time while we staying, it’s convenient location. , place needs some updating

the property had bugs in it, smelled of mold. bathroom had no soap or shower products. The property is listed to have a pool, but turned out it was closed the whole time i stayed. If i knew the pool was not open I would have stayed somewhere else. The host ignored me when I questioned the pool closure.

Great views, bed was comfortable, price was right.

After flying for 18 hours I was really looking forward to staying at the COZI loft but unfortunately for some reason I was told by the front desk manager and by the agent that my name and reservation was not in their system even though I showed them my itinerary, my confirmation from Travelocity and a copy of my payment. So I was left to run around BGC looking for another place to stay. I will be filing a complaint to Travelocity and expect an explanation as to what happened and most of all I expect my money back.

I was not given any information about which tower and unit number beforehand, so had to contact the property on arrival. Luckily I received a response within 30 mins. Make sure you contact the property before arriving. For the price, in BGC it's hard to beat. The unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 levels, though the living room is quite tiny. I think with just a few tweaks, the stay would have been much more comfortable. Extra towels (and bigger towels) as well as face towels for the bathrooms, for one. If you are staying multiple days, you may want to bring your own. Had some trouble getting the water heater to work. AC in each room worked well. Some of the common areas (elevators and hallways) are quite run-down, but I'm not sure if this is typical of condotels in Manila. The complex does have a laundromat but it requires 48hr turnaround. 7-11 downstairs is very convenient. The lobby guards are friendly.

Simple necessities not available such as dishwashing, toiletries, salt/pepper. The only bonus that can be appreciated the 7/11 is down stairs but its not convenient if you’ve only got 1 card to access the room.

There's not enough soap/shampoo/handwash. Towels are only provided for two people though we booked for three. Some part of the loft is dirty.
