Fue muy sencillo encontrar el edificio, llegamos de noche y sólo ingresamos por las puertas automáticas y subimos por el elevador a nuestra habitación, nada complicado. La habitación estaba impecable, sólo encontramos un cabello en la esponja de ducha que nos proporcionaron. El departamento tiene muy buena iluminación, bastante espacio comparado con lo cuartos convencionales de hotel en Tokyo, el baño es grande, las camas demasiado cómodas, la cocina es práctica y hay instructivos precisos para utilizar todo en el departamento. Cerca de estaciones del metro, muy tranquilo y con varias tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. Nos encantó y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí

Ideal para viajes en grupo, limpio, estilo industrial y espacioso. Lo que sí tener en cuenta que la distancia hasta los barrios más icónicos es de 40 mins aprox.

Issues getting the app to work on our phones but other than that it was amazing!

Nothing to complain about. Just Perfect. Place is Spacious for 4 people, groceries and convenient stores are nearby, place is clean, beds are comfy, hotel is in a residential area which is what i like, and train track nearby so you can hear the train something, but its doesn't bother us,hotel itself is quiet too,dont really hear much from the next door. Basically all the negative comments that I've read from other booing website i didn't experience it. I think the owner do take customer review quite seriously,and adjusted accordingly. Note that it is about 7 minutes walk to Oku station, and 15 minutes to Tabata station,so if you dont like walking or you can walk that far then this wont be the place for you, but my family and I walk everywhere Basically, we walk all the time, so this is not an issue for us. And you do have to bring your garage downstairs once when its full, but we dont mind doing that too, its basically like a apartment more than a hotel. Overall 5 out of 5!

距離上野僅一站，飯店離車站步行約五分鐘。交通方便。有洗衣機，浴室可開暖風乾衣。附近有麥當勞和7-11，但沒找到超市

It was good we would stay again

There were so many aspects of this property that made it perfect for our stay. Firstly the apartment had all of the things we needed when travelling with our 12 and 9 year old - laundry, kitchen, air-con, instructions for all of the appliances. We were surprised that even though we were one train station away from Ueno, the area was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay here again. Although check in is virtual, there was always someone on site to help if needed.

El apartamento esta muy bien y ofrece un espacion, con doble altura y altillo, que no es habitual en Japon, pero esta un poco alejado de la estacion del tren y siempre hay que realizar conexion.

6 nuits :Chambre non conforme à la description de l'annonce .et très mal conçue ( par l'architecte !! ) 2 espaces chambres sans aucunes portes , obligation de retourner à l'entrée de l'appartement pour éteindre les lumières , etc .appartement correct pour un séjour court mais non fonctionnel pour une longue durée . Quartier décentré et aucuns commerces ou restaurants Pas de parking
