Was easy to get to Wasn’t too busy Friendly staff

The only thing is the hallway was noisy and hotel by a train track. I didn’t realize that. Lots of trains went by. Very close to shopping though and that is why I picked that hotel.

Very excessible to our shopping and dining

Very clean, prompt and polite service and good restaurant in the hotel

There is construction going on at the hotel for the rest of the year so parking is limited. There was a ruckus going on in the lobby at around 3:00 am that kept us up.

Only complaint was the unawareness of the hotel renovation and the room next door giving us a rude awakening by backing on our walls thinking it was us knocking but it was the construction going on outside on the opposite side of our room (323) was our room and the room 321 (left of us) and construction starting so early 7am is early for some of us

It was very load on the road side of the hotel.

Sejour poir affaire. Le personnel est aimable et souriant, rien a dire. Petit déjeuner correct. Mon plus gros bémol est la mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre et une climatisation très bruyante. Le reglage de la température de la douche a aussi été aléatoire.

The mall across the street invites issues with crowding

The property is being managed well. It looks like it has gone through some updates. And the rooms are very spacious and clean. I would say the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired as this hotel is located in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. It is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. There is also construction going on outside of the property so the area around is not usable and can be noisy. Overall, not a bad stay but I think the property should offer some discounts while it it under construction.

Nicely furnished and clean. The staff at check in were slow, grumpy and not very helpful. Considering they are the face of the business the check in staff should be friendly and helpful and knowledgeable but they were NOT.

Stay many times. Love it

Room was great.

Everything was good in our opinion. The only downfall was parking. The park off the north is questionable as it’s in the same area as a beer store and off on its own. Very vulnerable to questionable people as I fought one guy drugged out trying to steal my hitch.
