Great location and new property. Downside was that the tap in the bathroom sink kept spraying water if we turned it on and got our clothes wet when we used it. We told concierge about this issue and they promised that someone would come to fix it the next morning, but no one did. The issue was not fixed at all when we left. Poor maintenance experience.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful modern rooms. Super quiet and all the in-room amenities I could ask for, aside from a corkscrew. An absolute pleasure to stay here!

A very comfortable hotel with great security and service at the front desk. Attached to the Gare Par Dieu but totally quiet. The attendant, Jack, helped us get to a pharmacy replace a lost medication and saved us such a hassle! We highly recommend!

Clean, modern, and spacious rooms

The hotel is centrally located, just by the station. The rooms are great, nice quality and spacious. We found staff to be friends friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with one member of staff, the manager managed to resolve the problem very quickly. Has good bike storage facilities. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is adjacent to Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, which was our primary reason for choice. Outstanding hotel – every detail was designed to accommodate travelers’ needs, from the shower, sink, plugs, lighting and the best bed in two weeks travel in France! Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were attentive and friendly – well-trained in customer service. Due to rain storms, we decided to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, and had a very good dinner of Caesar salads with chicken. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices including fried eggs and pancakes.

Room was outstanding. Beautiful and spacious. Only issue was they simply forgot to clean the room one day. No explanation “just a mistake. “ that shouldn’t happen at that level of a hotel. Otherwise it’s a great property

Excellent location right by Gare De Lyon Part Dieux. Super clean. Wish the air conditioning was a bit more powerful, but they made it up with super fast wifi and ridiculously friendly service.

The front desk staff was great. We had a problem with the room temperature it was too hot and we couldn’t control the thermostat

Located adjacent to the Part-Dieu train station and within easy walking distance to the large Westfield shopping center and the Paul Bocuse food market. There is construction on the area as of mid-August, 2025, so this causes some temporary inconvenience.
