Accueil très agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre , sanitaire très propre, literie parfaite

This hotel is easily accessible to the city by train. We wanted to be a little closer to the city but getting there wasn’t too bad. Everything else was good.

The air conditioning was great...the best was the tram station being opposite to the hotel which was super helpful to commute to Paris

The AC is so hard to operate and didn’t work at all. We are there during the heatwave on July 11. Diana is great accommodating us but the male person replaced her it was terrible. We told him AC is not working but we have to go. The AC was not checked at all. The location is nice but not in Paris. You will spent traveling to and from the hotel to Paris. The room and bathroom is bigger than usual Paris hotel but lacking kettle. I wont retun to this hotel.

Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse! Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam, rummet var rent och bekvämt, sängen var fantastisk och hotellets läge kunde inte ha varit bättre. Allt var verkligen perfekt och vi hade en mycket härlig upplevelse. Det enda lilla förbättringsområdet är frukosten. Utbudet var ganska begränsat och vi hade önskat fler alternativ att välja mellan. Förutom det finns det absolut ingenting att klaga på – vi kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar hotellet varmt!

Chambre et salle de bains très propre,très calme,confortable. La climatisation dans ma chambre avait un problème, la réception m'a de suite proposé de chambre. Tramway à 200 m. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Très bien.

Everything was good overall and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Housekeeping did a great job and were very efficient. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which was a bit limited.

Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
