None of the staff speak any English, unhelpful and uncooperative

Welcoming and spacious hotel which exceeded expectations. The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. Buffet breakfast has nice variety.

Really bad experience.I couldn't even take a shower with the broken nozzle.And I found somebody else's sock under the table...

Older hotel.poor service ,because Beijing Had no other choice in the vicinity.
