Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza

Had a good time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Staff made us feel at ease with their smiles and efficient service. Klaus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent room and service

As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an entire review just about the breakfast, but I will most definitely be putting together a review video depicting the idyllic rooms and architecture of the entire hotel. Everything was so well designed, practical, and made me feel like I was living in luxury. 5 Stars, for others I say come here.

It’s a fantastic property and Klaus introduced himself and acted as point person. All the staff were genuine, super fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. Great property. Easy to catch a cab to where you want to get to

Clean and new hotel

The hospitality offered by this hotel is extraordinary. Manson, Laurence and Alina made us feel like family. The love, care and attention they paid to our wellbeing and comfort was second to none. We will never forget them. We have always enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza hotels and our experience here has made as life long fans. Thank you Manson, Laurence and Alina for your outstanding hospitality and kindness.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has all amenities you would expect. However what stood out for me during our 3 day stay was the level of hospitality and the staff. The staff went out of their way to help us even with the simplest of questions. They were so attentive and made our stay exceptional. I would like to thank Alina in particular for making our stay in Xi'an so wonderful

All the staff are super nice, especially Leo Ma. He always gave very good services. Our luggages were taken cared properly and the room and public spaces were very clean and well managed.

Thank you, Leo and Robert at front desk to help us cancel the wrong tickets and rebook right ones. The hotel is really new and clean. Very convenient location. Will stay at this hotel if we back to Xi’an again.

If you need help to book some local shows or rides, the staff are really helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety’s to choose.
