Hotellet inget att klaga på men i beskrivningen står det att man kan gå till hotellet från Terminal 1 vilket visade sig vara omöjligt

Very happy with everything, breakfast was great, staff was awesome and the hotel was very modern and clean.

I was not satisfied with my stay. I landed at 11 PM and wanted to take the hotel shuttle, but when I tried calling the hotel’s phone number — the same number advertised everywhere — nobody answered. I ended up wasting an entire hour before finally taking an expensive taxi to the hotel. After I got to my room, I discovered there was no air conditioning and no way to open the window. The staff eventually sent someone to open the window for me. The receptionist later showed me that the hotel phone was not ringing at all, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

Flott flyplasshotell. Høy standard, nært flyplassen, men det er ikke mulig å gå. Utendørs svømmebasseng som åpner i juni. Ok restaurant og bar med ok priser.

Tout était parfait et généreux. Lit confortable. Les fenêtres sont ultra insonorisée, on entend aucun bruits des avions. Vraiment calme comme hotel. Super bon déjeuner. Personnel courtois et gentils.

Great location with short 5 minute shuttle to airport for a small fee. Buffet breakfast excellent as were the dining options. Staff super friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. Can highly recommend

While very trendy and new…our first room was very cold and they had to move us…after verifying that the room was, in fact, cold…really! …apparently, the temperature is somehow controlled remotely…the next morning we didn’t have any water…it took them about an hour to get it fixed…although we were sorely inconvenienced, the staff was very nice and polite…we missed breakfast and it was part of my package…

very modern and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. easy with the shuttle transfer to/from the hotel that departes every 30 min. it takes 2-3 min with the shuttle to the airport. Only stayed for 1 night due to early flight. Would really want to stay longer next time: Schampo,conditioner in high standard.

ベッドの高さが高かったり、バスルームが使いづらい使用だったり、シニア世代には使いにくいお部屋でした。 またチェックインの際のフロントスタッフにため息をつきながら対応されたのが1番残念でした。

It was good for what it was, a place to stay when you don’t want to live the airport, but nothing special about it.

Very convenient for a next morning flight

Lovely hotel next to malpensa airport. Shuttle service provided for a small fee. Great breakfast buffet and lovely lunch/dinner menu. Highly recommend.
