Very new. Modern Very quiet at night, properly quietest hotel in the Philippines ( No traffic noise, dodge barking. ) Very good value for money.

Love the staff and very friendly

The room was nice and clean and the staff and service was very good only complaint was no elevator so up and down the stairs with your luggage. Close to the market, bus station, and main downtown area

How after worked great and so did internet.

We stayed 11 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room. However, the bathroom had bad smell and very little water in thevshower andvtaps. And water too had bad smell.
