Great for small families. Close to everything. Staff are very nice and helpful. Clean and great location.

The property is very nice, cleaned and very well maintained. The bed is a different story it was though one box spring and a thin bed topper.

The place and the service is excellent. The only thing i didn’t like was the entrance of the place. A lot of stairs to deal with specially when you came from the airport and a lot of luggage with you and you have to deal with the stairs was ridiculous. Overall stay was excellent. Thank you for the staff they are sooo nice and easy to communicate.

The EG staff are very helpful and excellent with their work. Our rooms are clean and aesthetic. The place is close to restaurant and shopping centre, where easy to go around and navigate the area. If there’s a chance will stay again and recommend the place. Thank you for the service!

Service was great, the property itself wasn’t all that good. Street noise. Really uncomfortable bed and pillows, beat up bathrooms.

We have an excellent stay at this unit. Clean, modern property in a prime location. With friendly & accommodating service from the staff. Breakfast was delivered right in our room which was very convenient. We would love to stay here again!

체크인시 복잡한 체크인 절차와 외부 방문객에 대한 너무 과도한 규정의 간소화가 필요해보임. 여행을 온 느낌이 순식간에 감시당하는 느낌으로 바뀜. 비치된 수건의 질이 너무 안좋아 사용후 온몸에 보풀이 묻었음. 시설내에 금고시살없음. 한달살기는 모르겠으나 잠시 머울기로는 비추천

the stuff is very nice , clean room , they have free breakfast deliver every morning it’s awesome. the restaurant and shopping it’s close walking distance. i love this place .

Check in was smooth and convenient. EG’s friendly and courteous staff was always there to help during our stay and most helpful with all our luggage both checking in and checking out. The rooms are spacious and they are sure to keep everything clean and tidy. Tons of breakfast options and the complimentary breakfast and snacks are a nice touch. Located in the center of many restaurants and shopping opportunities, I highly recommended staying here and look forward to booking with them in the future.

Front desk only checks you in, then you have to wait for property employees to show you to your room. Room service was spectacular. Location of apartment/condo was prime. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment setting with hotel room service.

Was good for the price, the free breakfast is whatever they bring you and if you have an open mind, you will enjoy it. Staff are amazing, room clean but could use some general maintenance. The location is good but there is loud music far into the night, i still heard it at 5am. Walkability is easy and grab is quick, pool is just ok for a quick cool off. Over all was good, no real complaints.

Very hard to locate the EG private house in BGC. You have to specify that it is inside the Uptown parksuite tower 2. Checking in is very Complicated, front desk doesnt help you they will just call, it would be helpful if you have a representative at the ground floor

Our hotel is close to the malls. Very convenient with food and shopping. Room service is great. Place is clean. Free shuttle ride to and from the airport is great.Things that I don’t like were stairs at the facade of the building. We were scared of falling and possibly breaking our bones. It is not conducive for persons with disabilities.Second complaint was our balcony. A roof was blocking our view. Third complaint was breakfast with coffee delivered to your room daily. I regretted ordering it during our entire stay. Fourth complaint was the guy at the check in counter. He needs re training with costumer relations 101. The guy was so arrogant as if he owns the building. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable experience.
