Very small room -difficult access to hotel but located right in the middle of all the action.

The property is in an area that might look a little suspect but you can’t judge a book by its cover. The staff was very kind, the room was very nice and clean with modern features.

Close to lots of sights. The staff were excellent at all times. The food at the attached restaurant was delicious - highly recommend the seafood paella and make sure to have Catalan cream for dessert.

No parece hotel más bien es un hostal, las habitaciones pequeñitas apenas cabes, la recepción incómoda y pequeña. El servicio de desayuno escaso, hubiese sido mejor fuera bufete. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

The hotel is rather spartan. Room was on the small size; lack of shelving in the bathroom to put things. No comfortable lounge area to sit - very small lobby.

If I visit BCN in the future I will stay at Casa Pince again. Staff from waiters to reception was very responsive with friendly atmosphere. We had brkfst included in our room rate and was well worth it. Dinner options very good, Small cozy restaurant within hotel. Great location by Metro and Gothic/Roman Quarter.

The room was new and clean. We loved it. Space for suitcases and clothes. Very nice bathroom We liked the hotel, but there is way to much noise from the street below. (Meaning that the windows should be sound proof). We were awake every night because of trucks and people shouting in the streets. The staff were so friendly, all of them. The room they have for storing luggage is too small. It is a back stair, probably. The room was already full when we came, but we could store our luggage “if we could play Tetris”.. My husband took almost all other luggage out, so he could rearrange it, and make a small place for our luggage. All in all, we were pleased, but there are small things that could be changed.

The room was clean and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony and the bathroom was modern and well equipped with things needed during our stay. The location was also perfect and walkable to so many things. Great stay and the communication with the staff on late check-in was wonderful.

I didn't get a room upgraded or the bottle of wine that the website said I would get. Room was nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walk to the Rambla.
