It was a great overnight stay booked last minute and paid a reduced price which was even better. Clean, modern and had a good nights sleep. A car park is ahead at the traffic lights at John Lewis. Pre book to receive a 30% discount. Details should be in with your booking.

The hotel has a 3PM checkin. Coming from the us with a broken injury did not lead to any earlier check in. In fact, there was such a long line at 3 that I could not check in until after 4. The online check in did not work because apparently my room was not ready. The staff was a mixed bag; some nice but some quite unpleasant. One staff member in the elevator mocked me when I could not find my room key card to swipe for my floor and refused to help me, putting me down all the way through. I was clearly in my business attire and conference badge and with laptop bag and just exhausted from a long day with my injury. That was quite unpleasant. Then when I finally reached my room it was not cleaned. I called reception but they just called me an hour later asking if I wanted it cleaned. Well, I said don’t bother and put my thrash outside. I wish the breakfast made up for it but if you don’t eat Pork it is slim pickings and there are only poor little triangles of one type of cheese. The croissants were tasteless. The location was alright, but that’s about it. Overall I would not stay again.

The location of this hotel was convenient for us. However, the room was incredibly small for 3 of us. The reception desk spoke to me like I was an idiot upon arrival bc I approached the desk rather than use the kiosk. Not sure why he was employed and standing at the desk if I was not supposed to talk to him.

Unfortunately, breakfast is very bad. Most of it is pork, and there is no food available for us, such as turkey or chicken.

Great location, close to the city with friendly and helpful staff. Really clean hotel rooms and well looked after.

Hotel was ok. Location good for shopping/dinner etc. Fan/aircon turned off and couldn't get it to stay on so room was hot. No fan in bathroom so whole room was steamy and stuffy. But otherwise all good.

Check in was very easy. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and the toiletries provided were lovely

Hotel is lovely. Beds comfortable, bathroom products lovely. Very disappointed with the breakfast, which was expensive at £18.75 a head. We went at 08.45 on a Friday morning. Coffee machines constantly ran out of coffee beans and milk. Not enough staff to refill these or the breakfast food items. Only 4 slices of crusts available in the bread boxes. No berries (bowl was empty), bacon was rock hard and very greasy, fried eggs had rock hard dried yolks and crispy greasy whites. Very messy surface areas, clearly not being kept on top of with food spills and mess everywhere. Felt sorry for the staff who clearly had far too much to do as they couldn’t keep on top of everything.

Brilliant stay here, the food was spacious & modern. AC available during the recent heatwave which was idea. Lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The hotel is very close to Liverpool ONE and Albert Dock which is great. Parking is off site, closest being QPark at Liverpool one, very safe for the car.

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutto ( docks, baltic, one, cattedrali, ecc). Valido anche il check in e chack out da cell online bottigliette d'acqua omaggio. Letto e cudcini pero non comodissimi.

The hotel was close to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping area was great.

Great spot for access to the city centre. Close to car park and big room with King size bed. Good sized shower and lovely toiletries.

Good location for a few days in Liverpool with the family. Very friendly staff, comfy room and good breakfast.

Modern. In the city centre. Easy to find. We could open a window in our room.

The hotel was great, clean, beds comfy, good location, fabulous breakfast and staff professional and friendly.

Fenomenal utsikt. Bra läge i stan för våra ändamål. Alldeles för tjockt täcke. Omständlig incheckning även om den var självincheckning.

There were 5 of us ladies staying at Maldron for a couple of nights. We had 2 rooms next to each other which worked perfectly. Our stay was wonderful from start to end
