Excellent location!

Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. Rooms ending in 01 are smaller.

Room and washroom was very clean. Staff members were excellent. Air conditioning worked perfect

Stayed for 1 night in the family room and it was very spacious for the 4 of us, very clean and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return

Ein super Standort für Ausflüge. Du Zimmer sind top. Im Flur riecht es ein wenig, aber das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Eüree ich immer weiterempfehlen.

Malgré un personnel qualifié, une rénovation assez soignée et une localisation pratique, ces artifices ne suffisent pas à déguiser ce deux-étoiles. "Chambres" en rez-de-caniveau, voire en sous-sol, particulièrement exiguës où il faut se faufiler en crabe autour du lit. Conduits bas de gamme avec odeurs permanentes de refoulement de fosse sceptique dans les parties communes, VMC vombrissantes surtout en attique, on ne peut pas réellement dormir même avec protections auditives (comme par hasard fournies d'office) et on a envie de partir à reculons, mais conscient de ces misères, l'intégralité du prix (sans gene "quatre-étoiles" pourtant) vous sera capté à l'arrivée sans possibilité de partir. Après d'épuisantes négociations auprès d'un personnel en sous-nombre débordé, nous avons pu être généreusement gratifiés d'une chambre "premium" c'est à dire acceptable pour un trois-étoiles, sans pour autant permettre de récupérer des "nuits" épuisantes, on n'en est pas encore remis. Ca n'a pas été des vacances. À fuir, allez plutôt au camping.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. D'abord la chambre située à mi étage donnant sur une cour donc assez sombre et petite. Propre malgré tout mais avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir une bouilloire pleine de vinaigre ménager et avons bu sans nous en rendre compte ce mélange eau/ vinaigre d'une aigreur absolue . Ceci a été signalé mais reçu sans grande conviction. Quant à la formule petit déjeuner: De qualité correcte certes mais d'une organisation surprenantr.surprenante.Petit plateau individuel avec 2 petites venoiseries

I had terrible check-in experience. The room i booked through expedia was King Room (20 sqm) while the hotel staff Maria arranged a Queen Room (17 sqm) to me and argued that there is no room size specified in the Expedia platform so they are fine to give me the smaller room. Even after i provided the room size specified in the hotel official website, there was no King Room available during the period i stayed and i could only either accept the Queen Room with certain % discount or leave. In the 2nd morning during my stay, the fire alarm kept ringing on and off in the early morning from 5am to 9am without reason and the Sonder app only replied there was techinical issue without any update or annoucement for the reason of false alarm. The body wash bottle was filled with body lotion and the hair dryer was with burnt smell which is unsafe to use. That said, the bedding and shower in room was comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
