Das Personal, Nicole und Ly waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Ideen für den Kurzaufenthalt in Auckland gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Sie ist gut eingerichtet, aber für 2 Personen etwas eng, weil man wenig Abstellfläche hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und vorteilhaft. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Einiges kann man zufuss erkundigen.

I couldn't fault the Staff, communication, cleanliness immaculate. Even though there is limited parking on site there are options close at hand. It would be good to know a bond is required at checkin beforehand and also be told it could take up to a week to receive your refunded bond. Apart from that handy to Spark Arena, the Railway Station and Parnell.

Very clean and excellent amenities . It felt like the rooms weren’t very sound proof and unsure if there was some maintenance going on but it felt rather noisy .

My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much! Room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly and even gave us a sky tower view room! Would stay here again

Friendly and attentive staff greeted us. The room was wonderful, I was especially impressed by the mini-kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and fully equipped for light cooking. Everything is in top condition. We enjoyed complimentary Netflix being provided. Good bus connection from downtown and easy walk to Parnell restaurants. We were just here overnight before taking the Northern Explorer but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit.

Parking on the street outside of 4th floor rececption is free on weekends. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked a king size bed however they put two double size bed together, first day the cleaner forgot our towels, when I request the towels they ask me the dirty one, we got nothing why ask that
