I found the place to be nice, but it's more of a fake facade. They make it look nice. The hallways are hotter than ayoda. The rooms don't get cool enough, but they tried to make it look elegant and don't fix the issues.

Nice and relaxing place to stay.

Came in very late and was tired. Room and halllway smelled like weed. To change room I had to get all my bags from room and take them to front desk. Staff gave me a worse room when I took all my stuff back to next room. I was so tired I just stayed there.

Very comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was really good and free!

Property is a bit outdated but kept in good condition, breakfast was plentiful great options. The meal voucher was a pleasant surprise and dinner was exquisite at the restaurant. My only complaints are the light in the closet wouldn't turn off, the random creaking and sudden noises from the room perhaps from the AC unit, did not let me sleep well and lastly the drivers were not so helpful, the first one was rude to a couple at the airport and the one to the airport refused to drop me and the other passenger a flight attendant to our terminals because "it would take him too long to get back". Not a big deal because of the link buses but not so pleasant.

Food preparation wasn’t tasty catfish lacked freshness, tarter sauce was nasty, & French fries were dry; Room was very nice (spacious with adequate seating & work area; but bed mattress was very firm & uncomfortable); hotel environment ( inside and out) was safe with good lighting and traffic from guests;

Although we loved everything , the breakfast was not at all fresh both the chicken and the pancakes I ate were harder and chewy obviously is was left over from the day probably longer

Walk in I like to look around the room found a sock which tells me they didn’t vacuum the room then we go take a shower the shower head broken and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other then that lobby always clean pool clean and food was good always fresh

I love how they renovated the property to living a high quality hotel. It feels like heaven!

This place is beautiful! Only down fall is the amenities all close at 9pm even on weekends, wish it would stay open a little later

Everything was great Except the Indian style chicken in breakfast Need sausage,bacon ham rest of the items excellent.

The hotel was excellent. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The breakfast was buffet style and the food was fresh and delicious, definitely not your typical continental breakfast. If we are ever in the Dallas again, I would definitely book to stay here again.
