Excelentes instalaciones, atención de primera, habitaciones espectaculares

La propiedad esta un poco descuidada y al personal le hace falta capacitación, aunque tienen una buena disposición, la ubicación no es la mejor, ya que para acceder hay que pasar por mucha terracería. El Gym no funciona correctamente les urge arreglarlo y la alberca es muy pequeña y difícil de llegar

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary at Banyan Tree in Guadalupe Valley, BC. The resort is beautiful, very eco-friendly, our sunset view suite was one of the most spectacular rooms we've experienced, and we have stayed at many 5-star resorts when traveling. The amenities, the private pool, and the indoor/outdoor shower were so special. We loved the entire experience, including the attentive staff and the hydrotherapy session at the spa. We will definitely visit again soon.

Hola el mantenimiento en las villas deja mucho que desear para el costo de las habitaciones, nunca pudimos cerrar un cancel desear la puerta y se reportó muchas veces y nunca lo repararon El agua caliente dura nada. Hay perros del pueblo en la propiedad que se llegan a meter a las albercas privadas de cada villa

I cane here for my birthday (1st time visiting Valle de Guadalupe) and it was a true getaway. I would definitely recommend this place, just recommend bringing closed tenis shoes for all the dirt roads.

La primera villa era un desastre con un terrible olor, el aire lo tenían que prender y apagar desde fuera, no servía la tv, colchones duros y almohadas terribles, llevo años hospedandome con esta marca y quede totalmente decepcionado

The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain.

Lindo hotel, personal muy atento, buena comida. Como área de oportunidad organizar de mejor forma el estacionamiento, la logística interna y harmonizar la capacitación del personal.

El servicio de alimentos es nuestra única queja, sumamente lento. El personal es muy amable pero poco eficiente tanto en el restaurante como en la cafetería. Los tiempos de espera son muy largos y se interrumpe mucho entre un plato y el otro.

Beautiful hotel. Needs to fix the parking lot and terrible room service.

Necesitas utilizar el razer para moverte por la propiedad a fuerza y eso demora porque la comunicación no es muy agil

No abriria el hotel si no esta aun en las condiciones, creo que se apresuraron en abrir cuando no estaaa al 100 nisiquiera al 60

The rooms are beautiful. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful and so friendly. Everything was immaculate communication Via WhatsApp was very efficient and responsive with the staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view we had from our breakfast was also great.
