The hotel was very clean and quiet, however a few experiences with the front desk staff puzzled me. Upon check-in at reception we asked if they accepted CAA cards & we were told that the rate would go up if we used that card. When checking out I requested the bill and was told since I reserved the room online I would have to contact Expedia to receive an invoice, that they would not provide the bill. This was very strange as I have always received a bill when checking out, even when I previously reserved a room online. I am upset with this situation and require a receipt for this stay.
