Nice property ruined by an obvious lack of management. Just to list a few ins. One night stay: we had called ahead for the hotel shuttle, which was confirmed. Never showed up, had to take a cab. We were woken up at 5:15 am for a shuttle request we never did. Had dinner in the restaurant: service was entirely absent at first , then took just short of an hour to get a salad. Breakfast: no more coffee, then went to make a fresh pot, it never happened (we got coffee from the bar). We were offered hot breakfast after we had finished , etc. Top management has obviously given up. What a shame

It is a marvellous hotel in a perfect location to the airport. There is nothing to criticise.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning which was kind of annoying. Breakfast was great too.

What a wonderful stay we had. All the staff was nice and friendly and one of the most cleanest hotels we stayed at while in Zambia. We hope to visit again soon.
