Excellent stay at Home2 Suites Kingston! We travelled as a family with young kids and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was well-equipped with a full kitchenette: fridge, sink, dishwasher, utensils and dinnerware all included, which is a huge plus for families. The pool was warm and well-maintained. What really impressed us was the staff responsiveness, I texted a request for extra pillows and they were at our door within minutes. Breakfast was a highlight: generous spread with bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee and more. Plenty of options for both adults and kids. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience and great value. Will definitely be back!

Super propre. Comme neuf! À la piscine: l’eau chaude et facile de se saucer, le plancher nécessitait un entretien (cheveux par terre) pas de serviettes à notre arrivée. Porte pour aller sur la terrasse extérieure se faire sécher brisée Notre chambre était fabuleuse

Property was fine. Plenty of parking, breakfast was standard.

Room smelled of pet and smoke , not clean enough.

The hotel was ok. There was a heavy presence of security guards and security vans all around the hotel property which made us wonder why so much security is needed and we didn’t feel comfortable to walk alone around the property alone.

Unreliable hotel. Very disappointed They canceled the day of our reservation even though I reserved months prior.

The grounds and inside the building had security guards at all times. Garbage bag were left in the hallway from noon until 6 pm. Kids shot through the lobby on scooters like they owned the place. Security guards said nothing. It was pet friendly but the patio and lawn out back were covered with cigarette butts. The room was lovely, but overall not what I expect at a Hilton.

Very poor soundproofing, especially in adjoining rooms. The person next door was very loud and possibly on the phone at 3-5 am

The positives were a clean room and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by noise from people partying in the parking lot in the middle of the night. I assumed staff would deal with it quickly, but had to text and then phone the office after listending to the party for over half an hour. The noise did eventually die down after my call, but by then it was hard to get back to sleep. There is no way staff could not have heard the noise before my call.

Very well organized, quiet sound proofed rooms... comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast options great staff!

Modernes Hotel , sauber , gut ausgestattet gutes inkludiertes Frühstück (amerikanisch). Kostenloser Parkplatz. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu eilen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kingston selbst schön zum durchlaufen sowie die Möglichkeit mit dem Schiff eine Rundfahrt zu den 1000 Islands zu machen.

Clean and friendly

Very nice and modern room. Good breakfast and it was very convenient to have laundry facilities. Great stay, I would stay again.

I do not recommend for families. We observed some security issue when we were checking-in.
