DO NO STAY HERE. I had given this one a chance last week due to the rating, but that was misleading as when we arrived.. there was an odd smell right away so we searched around to eventually find out there was mold on the curtains, the walls, and even a mess inside the toilet and restroom. As if the room was neglected or never cleaned, I have asthma and was not going to stay in a bedroom with mold as that is a safety hazard. I reached out to the property about 10 minutes into our stay and asked for a cancellation and refund as well as letting them know there was mold behind the trash cans and curtains inside the bed room. Which I took photos of. The property management were uncooperative, vague and had the audacity to only offer a “recleaning” when mold needs much more than just a recleaning. Everywhere I have stayed across Japan has been amazing, this was the one outlier. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was needed as they kept our money as well, so I’d certainly look elsewhere.

Everything was very clean and organized, and there was a fantastic welcome pamphlet when I got there to help me adjust! Also, everything was well stocked and operated the way it was intended to! Great stay, and I will stay again!

숙소는 깔끔하고, 크기는 크지 않았지만 두 사람이 머물기에 딱 좋았습니다. 저는 추위를 많이 타서 방이 추울까 걱정했는데, 난방이 완벽하게 작동해서 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 호스트분이 공항에서 숙소로 오는 길을 상세히 안내해 주셨고, 숙소를 100% 활용할 수 있도록 사용 방법도 친절히 설명해 주셨습니다. 동네도 너무 조용하고 안전해요! 주변에 로컬 이자카야도 많아서 좋았습니다~ 친구와 함께 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 감사합니다! 😊
