Menos do que esperado! Hotel não condiz com o site. Não tem resort, nem spa. Falta manutenção

Heryer örümcek ağı, odalar ürkütücü, muhatap yok, odalarda su yok, klima yok. WC kapıları elinde kalıyor, ışıklar pırpır ediyor, yastıklar berbat.. kahvaltı inanılmaz berbat. Sakın İsviçre tatilinizi bu otelde kalarak berbat etmeyiniz

La vue est extraordinaire

As someone who stays in 100’s of hotel world wide a year. I don’t know where to start with this one. So let’s start with the positives. The staff were friendly but scare, the view was amazing and the parking was free. Thats its. None of the amenities listed were available or open. So no bar, no restaurant , no hot tub , no pool. As a couple we booked a double room and ended up in two single beds partitioned by half a wooden wall. Hardly romantic. We shared one fan for the two areas on a very hot day. While the pictures might be accurate circa maybe 1980 it does not reflect the current state of the premises now which has seen better days and feels run down and neglected. It is listed as a 4 start hotel with pricing reflected at the higher end that I would expect for a proper 4 start hotel but this establishment should be more accurately listed as a 2/3 star rating and a much lower price. It was terrible value for money and I would never stay here again. I will say the staff did their best to help with the limited resources available but you could tell they were embarrassed.

Reservei um quarto com cama queen, mas qndo cheguei no quarto me forneceram duas camas de solteiro. Café da manhã com pouca opção , não pude acessar nenhuma das opções como academia, sala de jogos e piscina que tinha mencionado no aplicativo, e a maioria das imagens q estão no aplicativo não são realmente as imagens do ambiente . Enfim não tive uma boa experiência com o hotel

Great view from the restaurant

I arrived at 1:15pm but the reception was empty. There was a sign saying "Our team is currently assisting guests throughout the hotel. Please contact us by phone at: +41... We will be with you shortly. When I called the number, the phone behind the empty reception desk started ringing. I then called the main number of the hotel which was also forwarded to the mobile phone laying behind the desk. After more than an hour, a female staff member came back, obviously not from "assisting guests" but rather from a nap asking me what I need. I told her that I would like to check in. Her first answer was: Not possible before 3pm. Because she realized that I must have been waiting for quite some time, she still checked me in. When I told her, that I tried calling the number shown on the reception desk but it only rang just behind it, she only said - "Yes, I know". No "sorry", nothing. I checked all the mails / reservation again and it doesn't say anything about check-in time, in contrary, I received an email the day before arrival for "fast-check-in" which I filled out and even there, it didn't mention 3pm. The room was tiny. The bed was clearly not for an adult. The breakfast was poor, buffet dirty, the whole building wasn't maintained properly for years and therefore it was absolutely not worth the money. My hypothesis is that they only serve non-local guests and are not dependent on guests coming back. That's why they just optimize their margins but not the guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return.

We loved everything about our stay, start from check in till check out. Postbus 101 from interlaken west station straight drops & picks you to & from the door step of the hotel. Staff Melisa was great who checked us in and did the best she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! Cruz, helped me to get into the GYM early and made sure I get my gym access early mornings before the gym opening hours. Thank you! BF area is wide with lovely view, reasonable BF choices. Everything about our stay is memorable and encouraged us to stay here in future. If you want to enjoy peace, quiet, relaxing stay, Beatenberg hotel & spa is a great choice. Good staff, clean rooms best view

Hôtel un peu ancien mais confortable. Calme. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon avec une superbe vue. Village isolé , rien d’ouvert à proximité à notre période, obligé de descendre à Interlaken pour manger. Restaurant de l’hôtel non testé car nous ne fonctionne que sur réservation (si nous avons bien compris), difficultés à se comprendre car notre niveau d’anglais n’est pas bon et aucune plaquette explicative sur les services et les horaires dans les chambres (c’est peu être un axe d’amélioration) Le spa est agréable , il ne manquerai plus qu’une petite piscine ou un jacuzzi pour qu’il soit parfait Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est très gentil et serviable. Merci encore pour l’attention pour l’anniversaire de mon fils

Excellent location, very well connected to Interlaken by public transport. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the sauna very enjoyable. I have loved the breakfast and the amazing views over the mountain Ridge.
