The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are in the basement level and felt a bit damp, so we kept the air conditioning running to keep the rooms dry. Also, the living room space had furniture that was not very suitable for 4 or 5 people to use so the area was not very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The host was excellent—very responsive and quick with communication whenever I had questions. They also provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and all the necessary information about the accommodation, which made the whole process very smooth. The apartment itself was clean and newly renovated. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring Tokyo. The location is very convenient. It’s close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place with a helpful host. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Shinjuku area.

綺麗で何よりでした

1.住處非常乾淨，有洗衣機和廚房相當方便，房間空間大，可放置大行李箱都沒問題。 2. 安靜的住宅區域，離車站步行約10分鐘。 3. 有一天因瓦斯沒有work，導致當下無熱水使用，而服務人員在線上給予支援解決問題，十分感謝。 4. 需注意之處： 因是公寓式住宅自助check-in, check-out, 沒有寄存行李服務，建議提早準備好行李寄存準備。另外，無電梯，所以必須自行搬運行李上下樓，這點需格外注意。

Nous avons été très satisfait de l'hôtel. Assez grand pour notre famille de 4 (2 adultes & 2 enfants). Bien situé, près des stations de trains - dans un quartier tranquille.

キッチンは使用していないが、エアコンは使用出来て良かった。加湿器があるとなお良いと思った。

The place was nice and enough room for 7 of us. Location was great as it was near train station, couple of 7-eleven, Lawson and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would comeback again. Communication was clear and fast as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. we liked that everything was thought out down to smallest details. even in rainy weather we were able to do laundry ( the detergent was already provided in the apartment) and dry it at home. We also didn't have to buy any dishes. The only thing is that it would have been nice to have a pair off scissors in the apartment. We had to use a kitchen knife to remove tags from newly purchased clothes.

とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、扉を開けて充満するタバコの匂い… それがなければ最高でした。 あと、階段も急ではあったけど、我慢できないほどではありませんでした。

The unit inside was ok even though it was long and narrow. However the building has no elevator. Our unit was on the 3F - it was a challenge to walk up 3 narrow stairs with our luggages. Also you needed to walk the long stairs from subway station to get to the main road to go to the building. Overall a lot of stairs. Watch out if walking up stairs matters to you. .

The suite was very spacious. Two separate bedrooms for that price was amazing. The unit was nice and clean and including nice amenities like full kitchen and laundry facilities. Air conditioners worked well and it was very close to multiple train lines to get you where you needed to go quickly.

こちらがギリギリの予約だったせいか、指定された場所に鍵がなくてすぐに入れず困り焦りましたが、電話対応して下さった方が女性の方でとても丁寧に対応して下さり、無事に入室できました！ アパート内は今まで宿泊してきたアパートの中でも1番綺麗で騒音も気にならず快適でした。また機会があればこちらを使いたいです。

Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here.

Unit was not very clean, dusty areas. Garbage bin in the laundry room was packed full upon check-in. Otherwise, new property was good.
