The stay at the Post Hotel was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, courteous and attentive to all our needs and nothing seemed to be any problem for them. Our room was on the 'railway side' but although we were obviously aware of the trains there were no problems. The location of the hotel was very good and very close to all the local amenities.

Beautiful location. Food is amazing!

Staff were excellent. Cozy lounge with fireplace for drinks in the evening. Dinner at the dining room was expensive but worth it--outstanding meal. Pool and large hot tub, very nice. Convenient door-to-slope shuttle service for skiing.

Room was generally clean. Tub drain slightly plugged, stood in ankle deep water having a shower, yuck! Bathroom fixtures need to cleaned of what looked like mould.

The Post is a Relais et Chateaux which, over the years, became, unfortunately, more of a relais vs Chateau. The property has aged and is in need of TLC, Old construction, old rooms with very little soundproofing. You can hear your upstairs neighbors watch TV or ...... Staff is nice, Pub was fun yet, for the price, the overall experience is lacking,

Hotel full of character and tradition. Great service. Great pub. Clean, well appointed room. Amazing location for ski days at Lake Louise.

Food was great

The level of service and cleanliness of the hotel was not as good a year ago. Noticeable decline in the level of service one year apart.

Exceptional staff! We felt so fortunate to have secured a reservation here. The location, amenities, services and hospitality make it an unmatched destination. We couldn’t have been closer to the mountain and that aside the friendliness of the staff alone was a 5 star experience. We are eager to return!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in a long while. Staff were amazing, food was fantastic and the overall atmosphere was awesome! Will be going back for sure!

Good stay! Huge bathtub which was perfect after a day on the slopes. My only complaint was the tv - I wanted to watch the Olympics and all that was a available was streaming. Tried to sign up for Crave - but you need a Canadian address on your credit card to sign up. It does not seem like a lot to ask a high end hotel to pay for the streaming services.

Amazing rooms. Great service. Friendly staff. The hotel looks and feels like a chalet with amenities and luxury you want on your weekend getaway. 5 stars.

Great ambience

The staff were great and the location is picturesque, enjoyed the ice rink.

Hotel is a relaxing, clean and very comforting environment. Fantastic touch of old world luxury.
