Good car parking, slightly tight entrance. Friendly helpful staff. Had to change room door to flooded & wet carpet but received free breakfast & discounted room rate. Very tired building with wallpaper coming away, flaking ceilings. Very hot with no control over radiator temperatures. We had to have window fully open to cool the room.

Clean and comfortable but room in desperate need of major upgrade; photos on website misleading. Wallpaper peeling, paint fragmented, no "nice" wooden headboard, challenging lights (had to fumble to the bedside lights to find switch then go back to door to turn on), old fashioned plumbing with v hot water (good) mixed with a lot of air (bad) so spurted. Burger was excellent.

Staff were very good. Very friendly and welcoming . Appreciate parking is a problem but they did understand this. Food was good but the room did look a tad tired and could do with an update .

The staff were lovely from my phone call earlier in the week prior to our stay and at check-in, breakfast service and check-out. The hotel is in an old property, our room was in need of some updating and renovation but that was acknowledged by staff and our bill was reduced accordingly. Very nice breakfast.

We loved our stay at the Kings Arms and Westerham was wonderful.

From the check in the staff could not do enough to help. From car parking to dinner and then a slight late check out. We were there for a family wedding and the hotel was perfect. Great quiz night on the Thursday too.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes

Bathroom requires a total refurbishment.Widow blind missing. Mouldy.

Was down for a family funeral, Hannah was lovely and made my stay felt easy and comfortable

Comfy bed. Room and pub could do with a refurb or at least decorating. Loud people next door woke us up.

Lovely stay for friend’s birthday. Staff and manager very welcoming and friendly. Pub located in prime position of small town. Good location to visit nearby sights via car.

Manager was great with changing room when there was problems with key. But new room was next to outside beer tables area which was noisy. Had early start so ideally needed a room in quieter room. Room itself looked tired, with wallpaper peeling off wall. But bedroom was ok and bed was comfortable.

We booked one night stay at The Kings Arms Hotel, the staff were friendly and we checked in smoothly. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was good. The room however needs a lot of improvement, the windows would not stay open at all, we realised they had a restriction due to safety but they would not open even a little and the room was hot, when asked about this we were told to prop it open with something which we did, we used a plastic glass from the bathroom which we told the member of staff we had done. The carpet in the room had a hole in it. The bath panel was in a dreadful state ( see photo) the basin taps had parts missing. The bed side lamp flickered when first put on and the socket was loose. The shower was powerful. The staff were friendly throughout our staff and the food was good.

Walking the NDW. A good room though no A/C. Comfortable and good food and drink. Manageress was great. Friendly and helpful.
