Convenient location, clean sheets and bathroom and had mini fridge and microwave. But, thick dust and foul nicotine covered curtains. I was there during a heatwave, room was very hot also a lot of road noise. I asked for a fan they only had one without a stand so I wedged it into the window frame, which helped. Good price, so not expecting new furnishings, just that everything needs a good wash with a bucket of soapy water.

Pleasent staff. Hotel needs aome tlc and higher standard of cleaning.

I’m afraid to say that this hotel was in a terrible state. The place stunk, hygiene awful and I’m supprised that hotel.com have it on their site. Will think twice before booking with them in the future.

I booked a low value room, so really got what I expected. Had hot water a bed and parking. I only stayed one night leaving early the next morning so fine for what I needed. Had issue with TV remote which staff sorted quickly.

Shabby is an understatement needs total refurbishment!

Came home with lots of bites, visited doctors turns out to be bed bugs!!! Disgusted

This place is what it is for the price you pay. The gentleman on reception carried my bags for me and was warm and friendly. The place was clean but could do with a full refurb. Free parking was a bonus and home bargains being opposite. The water was cold in the shower but hot in the tap and the tray was backing up, I have fed this back to them. Having a kettle, fridge, tea, coffee, milk and a tv was useful. Also a usb plug by the bed.

We didnt stay due to a fall and i couldn't drive. I told the hotel in advance. They had my money i wasn't able to enjoy their service.

O hotel é longe do centro, e não foi uma experiência muito boa, não tem recepção 24 horas o funcionário até é gentil em ajudar mas a experiência não foi muito boa, os móveis do quarto estão em péssimas condições p chuveiro tinha água fria e a temperatura do quarto não era agradável!

Ok but disappointed that i booked 2nights, the 2nd day the room was not cleaned and towelsnot changed

It was terrible the photos are fake dont go because of the photos and the area is so sketchy when we got there we were like why the Hell did we come here SO DO NOT COME HERE AND IT STINKS IT LOOKS LIKE A RETIREMENT HOME
