Etablissement très bien situé dans Honfleur. facile d'accès; parking sécurisé. personnel particulièrement attentif et désireux de vous satisfaire. Ma chambre était très confortable. le restaurant de qualité. très agréable séjour. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this place is. What a thrill it was to have the opportunity to stay here. Lorena (our hotel manager) was SUPER spectacular in her professionalism and stellar with the hospitality she gave to us. The rooms were something out of a Hollywood movie. Super modern and spacious. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The proximity to old town Honfleur is a short walk. Close to a supermarket and many restaurants. Highly recommended to stay here.

Wish we’d had more time here, it’s a lovely property with kind and helpful staff and a nice restaurant we wish we’d gone to rather than the more touristy ones on the Vieux Bassin. A great stay, thanks.

It was a great stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect just a few blocks away from the action, but not in the middle of the noisy streets. Rooms are neat, confortable bed and quiet (even when we were in the ground floor). Spa is a nice extra. Good breakfast with freshly baked bread.

The hotel was newly renovated. But our room 219 was on 2 floor without elevator to 2nd floor which was a problem with a lot of luggage. There was only windows in the roof. This meant that we felt like staying in cave. The shower was only giving Very hot water the first day. I was fixed after we complained about it. Breakfast was very expensive.

Très bel hôtel ! Belle déco et confortable… Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner rapport qualité, prix, pas terrible.

Beautiful hotel

Er was zaterdagavond plotseling geen warm water meer. Daardoor moest ik snel stoppen met douchen en kon ik zondagochtend voor het vertrek geen douche nemen. Ik kon niet uitchecken zondag om 07h15 en moest wachten tot na 07h30. De kamer is ruim, maar het tafeltje is heel erg klein. Je zou er niet aan kunnen werken als achter een bureau indien dat nodig zou zijn. €30 euro voor ontbijt is heel eeg duur.

We chose this hotel because we had a car that we were going to need to park. So for 10 euros a night we were able to park in their private lot just behind the hotel. The building is lovely from the outside, but we were not thrilled with the interior design -- a lot of black and white swirls. Our room was spacious, but the finishes seemed a bit cheap. The spa was tiny and no one ever seemed to be there. We ate a lunch and a dinner at the restaurant and it was very good, both the service and the food. However, the breakfast, for which they charge 30 euros was, according to my husband, pretty terrible. The staff at the front desk was a mixed bag. Some of them were very professional, others did not seem to know how to do their job.

The receptionist was super friendly and respectful and the room (junior suite) was very roomy. The design was rich and luxurious feeling, and the bathroom was beautiful and well appointed.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel ! Nous sommes venus avec un chien de taille moyenne qui fut très bien accueilli, panier et gamelle à l’arrivée. La réservation comprenait une cession spa et nous avons pu, en plus, profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi dans un cadre calme et reposant. La chambre était très propre avec serviettes, peignoirs et chaussons à disposition. À deux pas du port de Honfleur, je recommande vivement cet hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et à disposition !

L’hôtel a des points positifs : propreté, très grande salle de bain, calme et bien situé. Par contre ne vous fiez pas aux photos de la piscine qui en fait est minuscule et la vue et jardin donnent sur un stationnement. Je m’attendais à un jardin/piscine grandiose comme dans les photos et surtout vu le standing de 4 étoiles. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien et la télé non plus… Notre chambre avait une fenêtre minuscule qui donnait sur un toit donc avec aucune vue. Tout ça très décevant vu la catégorie et le prix de l’hôtel.

A beautiful building made into a stunning hotel! Lovely staff on hand who were attentive and very helpful. Car parking was secure and easy to follow. Easy to walk into honfleur but away from the main streets.

This was a lovely hotel just a short walk from the centre, our second day was really warm so it was lovely to be able to lie near the pool
